Cabin holiday rentals in Swanage

What a lovely cabin! We wanted a night away to celebrate our anniversary and this really stood out. After a day out walking around the coast at Keyhaven and Lymington it was so nice to arrive at the beautiful cabin with all its home comforts to relax. We were straight into the hot tub with our champagne and sat out there for a couple of hours! It was very private and lovely to be out overlooking the trees and pond. We made ourselves a meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed wad SO comfy! We only stayed a night as we live fairly locally but I could absolutely see how you could stay here for longer to explore everything the area has to offer and have somewhere really comfy to cone back to each day. We had a wonderful stay at the Woodhouse! It was easy to find and to check in, and we arrived to tea, milk, biscuits and cereal - which was a lovely touch! The hot tub was just lovely - with nice views over the Dorset countryside and horse fields. They had plenty of towels and the heating worked great - which made a huge difference on these cold January days! There were 2 nice pubs in walking distance, both of which welcomed dogs in the bar areas!! Thanks for a lovely stay!! ☺️

We LOVED our stay here. The garden retreat was completely private, quiet and everywhere was spotless. The hot tub was fantastic and simple to use, plus watching the occasional aeroplane descent into Bournemouth airport was a massive plus for us! One thing for others to note is that the bed is only a sofa bed that was rather firm and probably wouldn’t suit someone well over 6 foot, but we still slept soundly. The automatic blinds were a great feature, as well as the free mini bottle of prosecco and Alexa. Carly was kind enough to allow us an earlier check-in and responded immediately to any queries, whilst the local area has everything you would need within walking distance. We would definitely visit again!

I came here with my partner for our anniversary. Annie was kind enough to leave out a balloon and bottle of fizz for us. The bedroom and bathroom areas were very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing and the outdoor area feels very private and the lighting made it feel cozy. Annie was an amazing host and made us feel at home on arrival. There’s also a large smart TV which is an added bonus! Recommend to couples.

Just got back from a 4 night stay over New Year’s Eve with family. What a beautiful cabin, so cosy and well decorated with a Christmas tree and fairy lights which was lovely to celebrate the end of the festive season. Not to mention the spacious 6 man hot tub was the perfect place to see in the new year! We managed to visit Glastonbury, Street, Yeovil, Cheddar Gorge all within easy reach. Carolyn was always friendly and responsive, offering some great restaurant recommendations. She also left us a welcome pack of fresh apple juice, eggs, milk, Prosecco and party poppers to celebrate the new year with. I would love to visit again, highly recommend!

Teresa was a lovely host, very friendly and communicative Sadly I had to cancel last minute, my fault not hers. But I would definitely love to stay there another time.

Absolutely amazing place with amazing hosts engage very well and couldn’t do enough to help us with regards to information to the local area and keeping us topped up with consumables i.e. coffee toilet rolls and towels ect , Lovely little place I would recommend to anybody , Thank you for the stay

Ben’s place is fab, just myself and my dog stayed for 2 nights. I’m local to the area and love Southbourne for its beautiful sandy beaches, choice of eateries and independent shops too. All is within walking distance of the cabin. The cabin itself is exactly as described, very clean, comfy bed, private and quiet. Safe, enclosed outdoor space for dog too. Ben was excellent with communication, easy self check in process and car parking space too. Would highly recommend. Michele.

Great location and set far enough off the road. Perfectly sized place for a couple people and a very informative guest. Nothing more to ask for!

Marcella was very informative, friendly, responsive and helpful from start to finish for our stay. Although we unfortunately got caught up in storm Bert’s arrival, it did not stop us having a lovely time in the cabin as well as using Marcellas kind recommendations for our time in the town and having a bite to eat. The amenities were exactly as described and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely come back in the summer when the weather is better. Thanks again!

We had such a lovely couple of nights stay at the cabin. It was well equipped with everything we needed and in such a lovely location with walks quite literally right outside the gate! There were some lovely thoughtful goodies left for us and the dog on arrival. We followed the recommendations of where to eat out and enjoyed meals at both The Brewers Arms and The Kings Arms both of which were very welcoming and dog friendly. We’d happily stay at the cabin in the future should we ever find ourselves in the position to have a child free weekend again!

A really comfortable cabin in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for a family. Lots of extra special touches like digital radios in the bedrooms, a quooker hot water tap and very comfy bedding. There were plenty of garden toys to keep the children entertained alongside the vast amount of space they could run around in. Lovely well stocked fire pit area with lights for a cosy evening. A fantastic few nights away!

The ‘Little Cabin’ was the perfect base for our break. It was warm, cosy and clean. Very useful to have 2 bathrooms! Chrissy is lovely and communication is attentive. Exactly as described. The park itself was fairly quiet whilst we were there and it has family-friendly amenities. It is only a short walk to the beach.

Helen was lovely and welcoming. Great full to have stayed at her lovely cabin.

Great place to stay.The lodge had everything you would need to feel at home. Very clean and organised. The grounds/garden were very well maintained. All round Great place to stay and relax . The fishing pool was very good,fished really well for autumn time. l will definitely be booking this lodge again in the future.

From first booking to leaving Lucy kept in contact, we didn’t have any problems so was no need to contact her. Place was very good for the price we paid, Looking to go back in warmer months to enjoy more of the surrounding area. The caravan is well looked after beautifully clean, just like home from home. What a great place to land after a long drive. Really well appointed and would highly recommend it to anyone. Neals Yard toiletries and lots of lovely kitchen bits. Martha came rushing up with matches for the smelly candles, ( really good ones!). Great value and would definitely recommend-visit. Shame about the weather

We had a fantastic stay for our son’s 2nd birthday and Della made it feel extra special by decorating the property and leaving a lovely card and cake. We loved seeing the cows each morning and it was the perfect place to stay for exploring the New Forest and visiting Paultons Park. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property and can’t wait to come back again soon.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and clean park. Lots of bird life to observe and enjoy. The Lodge is spacious and comfortable. Will definitely book again. Donna is a great host, communicates well.

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s cabin in the New Forest. The cabin is in a great spot on the Sandy Balls site at the end of a quiet road and right between the two wooden play parks which our two young children loved. The cabin itself is super cosy, clean and well equipped. Jane is a brilliant host, sending lots of helpful information in the run up to our trip and so quick to respond to any queries. We would love to come back! Thank you ☺️

We enjoyed our stay! with an active 4yo, a playground, which is 1 min away, was really great to have. The place is very tastefully and pleasantly decorated, clean and has everything you'd need for a short holiday. A supply of coffee/tea/condiments was a thoughtful touch. The location is a bit further away from the main village, which we loved, it was very quiet and peaceful.
