Apartment holiday rentals in Swansea

We wish that we had been able to stay longer. Due to other commitments, our stay was from Sunday until Friday when we had to rush back home early. This was acceptable to Bay and they arranged that we would be able to pick up a key from a lock-box when we arrived in Swansea on the Sunday. There were clear instructions that we could leave the key even if the office wasn't open by putting it through the letterbox of their office. The flat was easy to find, as was the parking space, as directed in the instructions previously supplied through Bay. We had a great sea view and the apartment was very well kitted out, very clean and comfortable. There are bars, cafes, restaurants and the City of Swansea all within easy walking distance, not to mention the beautiful Gower Coast. We have been to this area on many occasions so are quite familiar with what is available and we hope to return many more times in the future. All round excellent accommodation and service.

Had the best stay at Lauras! The flat was so clean and tidy and had everything we needed, I could have moved it straight away!! It is very private, warm and cosy, great shower, comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. Laura left us milk and some treats also toiletries were available, thanks so much. Laura is a fantastic host, quick to reply to questions and very helpful. Free parking was a bonus and walkable to Liberty Stadium and local pubs. We visited the Mumbles while we were there, worth a visit and the weather was beautiful too!! Would highly recommend Lauras' place!

Richard is an honest and friendly gentleman who cares about your time in his place with good communication also his place was clean and cosy, small but enough for a couple to have a relaxing time near Marina Beach so I highly recommend his place and will back again for sure .

A wonderful 5 🌟 stay. All correspondence was easy and prompt. Easy access by key box to property; nothing was any trouble for the owners who live on site. The apartment is right on trend with great equipment and comfy seating plus a neat table and chairs for eating meals. Throws and cushions enhance the comfort and look of the plush leather settee; plenty of utensils and crockery are all matching. Lighting is excellent throughout the flat. A beautiful bath in addition to a good sized shower and sumptuous towels in the bathroom The bedroom has good storage including a little walk- in wardrobe which also housed ironing board etc. the bed linen was of good quality and spare pillows available. The property is so peaceful; lovely views from windows; the grounds are pretty and a few playthings for children set up in a nice grassy area. Plenty of parking and night lights for coming home late. A brilliant stay and we would highly recommend this roomy apartment.

Great host, friendly and excellent communication. Lovely clean chalet with everything you need. Beautiful location. Perfect for our family of 5 and the dog.

This was the perfect stay. Everything you would need for a long-stay is provided and I felt right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Thanks to Sharon and David for taking such good care of me during my stay! They were easy to contact whenever I had any issues, and even came over to help when there was a power surge that tripped the main fuse. The co-op is opposite the house, which is very handy. The flat was extremely well-equipped, with plenty of cooking provisions and a lovely welcome package of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Despite being in the middle of the village, it was very quiet at night. Heating was easy to adjust and warmed the place up quickly when needed. I will definitely be recommending the Bishopston flat to friends and family!

Great stop over for 2 nights. Walk out in either direction for great views and sea air. CoOp opposite was v handy. Parking was fairly straightforward in pay car park and local free spaces when available. Accommodation well designed and clean. Everything needed was provided. Like a good hotel room with the luxury of a full kitchen. Have recommended it to others in my family already !

Perfect location for what we wanted. Photos don't do the place justice, lovely and clean home. Loved the electric fire place and blankets, living room felt very cosy. The bed was nice and big and the bathroom was very clean. Would stay again!

Wow wow wow we treasured our stay. Liz was there when we arrived and was truly lovely, even leaving us fresh bread and Welsh cakes! We’d booked to visit family nearby and the location of the apartment was just perfect. Very cosy, clean and quiet, we will definitely be back. Wish we could have stayed for longer! We had a lovely couple of days staying at this apartment. We loved its location, close to restaurants and the seafront. It was really clean and clutter free. We loved the view and enjoyed relaxing in the living space. The host was really responsive to our queries. We recommend Papi's Pizzeria and the Dark Horse Curry House, both really friendly and delicious food. The Pilot does a great local pint too!

Sian Place was lovely, we were greeted on arrival and shown around which was great. Sian was very friendly, The cottage was well equipped ,shower was great and beds were comfy. Would like to stay again if in the area and would recommend Sian's place. Parking was on the drive which was good and felt secure .All in all a very nice stay and would recommend .

great place near the river and parkrun, peaceful location but easy to walk to all the amenities in Brecon

Robert & Dawn were incredibly welcoming & friendly, lovely hosts. The apartment is beautiful & the photos really don't do it justice; it's also spotless. Lovely little touches on arrival were were so appreciated. It's just a couple of minutes walk to a friendly pub and not much further to the estuary and woodlands. Value wise, our stay was great value and we will definitely be back. It was lovely to meet the gorgeous cats, too. Thank you

We stayed here for our wedding night. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, lovely touch of petals on the bed. Grounds were stunning and I even had a cuddle with the resident ginger cat. Would love to stay again.

Lovely weekend break at the coach house. Accommodation was great, perfect for self catering, very comfortable beds with great quality bedding! 15 - 20 min walk to the beach, same distance (in the opposite direction) to the local pub and shops.

This place is amazing!! The hot tub was so fun to use and the location was close to so many hikes and activities. The owners are the nicest people ever and the food at the pub was the best we had on our trip!! 10/10

It's a great place to stay for exploring the Gower. I especially liked having a well stocked mini supermarket nearby, close enough for my kids to walk to, which is a game-changer on a family holiday! It was great to have good sized kitchen appliances, which is different to some other AirBnBs we've stayed in. The fridge, freezer, oven and hob were all great when cooking for a family of four.

Lovely stay and easy check in. Would definitely recommend.
