Comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation. Great location with easy access to the beach where there is also a good restaurant. The only comment I would make is that both the apartment and garden would profit from a bit more colour as greys rather dominate. Marianna is a very friendly, attentive and kind host. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and the location is hard to beat.

I booked Lisa's home back in March ahead of a milestone birthday. It was the perfect place to have celebrated; I can't think of anywhere more beautiful. Being so close to the river was just idyllic & the home, in its setting, is like something out of a storybook - walking from the house to the jetty on our arrival literally took my breath away. The kitchen had everything you needed & more, in fact it was repeatedly commented on. We were a group of 13 & the house couldn't have been more perfect for entertaining - & the large JBL speaker was a total bonus! The only 2 things we noted is that the braai grills slant & so optimal braai-ing for a group our size was tricky - but one of those tripod stands would solve the issue. And we had planned Mimosa Saturday & there were no bubbly glasses, but this mattered little, I just got each couple to bring 2. Lisa & Tanya were super responsive right from the get-go, & Jane who cleans is such a delight. Nobody wanted to leave. Exquisite memories!

The shimmy shack was a pleasant surprise for us, especially with it being our first visit to Infanta. It had a real homely feel, and the large open plan layout was ideal for us as a group. The sweeping sea views were absolutely breathtaking. Ravonne let us in and out and was very helpful and friendly. Communicating with Gail was a breeze as she was very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying at the shimmy shack if you're looking for a rustic beachside getaway. We hope to be back soon!

Spoilt-with-a-view Witsand Accommodation

The apartment has an incredible view of the sea and the mouth of the Breede River. With the best view we've ever had in South Africa. The small apartment is very thoughtfully furnished - we felt right at home. The amenities are top - there is everything you need for a stay including coffee, a small milk, facial washing cloth, etc. Hannetjie proactively informed us well, welcomed us very kindly and gave us valuable tips for the stay. Apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. Witsand has several great beaches and is a very safe place. We will definitely be back.

We've enjoyed holidaying at Pieter's house in Witsand for several years now. It's lovely, spacious and well equipped -with a spectacular view of the sea, teeming with baby whales and their mothers. Pieter and Ilse are the best kind of hosts: efficient, affable, knowledgeable and professional.

The Sandcastle - Apartment in large Villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host and owner were both very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable, and had everything you would need for your stay. We worked remotely from here and the setup was perfect. It was very accessible to the lagoon for kitesurfing. Also had a nice big area for washing kiting gear.

This house exceeded my expectations. It’s in a fantastic location with breathtaking views, and the interior is beautifully modern. My family and I absolutely loved it. Leigh is a wonderful host—warm, communicative, and very responsive. Though we didn’t get to meet in person, I can tell she has a true zest for life. I’d love the chance to meet her next time I book!!!

What a wonderful house. Modern and smart in a quiet neighborhood. It's a small drive from shops and restaurants. The owner is so friendly and helpful in every way. Answer all my questions and send additional information about surroundings and events. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a wonderful stay in Witsand.

Jonathan and Rosie were excellent hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is new and spacious, even more so than shown on the listing. I loved the shower! It's a lovely open, uncluttered space with everything you need. We were able to take our two dogs and enjoyed walks nearby. The perfect getaway!

Seehuis: Prime beachfront house, stunning views.

Really loved our stay at Seehuis. Karin and Theresa were lovely hosts. The house is in a fantastic position right on the beach, and you can fall asleep listening to the waves crashing. The house is very comfortable, lots of accommodation and very well laid out. Its a practical beach holiday house. There is a little shop in town that has many supplies. We had a fantastic week. Thank you!
