The owners were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help while remaining discreet. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for the duration and our family. We were able to visit our family during the time and have a peaceful place to rest one the afternoon. We were there as a group of friends over New Year's Eve and had a great time in the beautiful place. We really liked the sauna and hot tub. The equipment in the house, such as enough towels, was also great and the communication with Krzysztof and his wife was uncomplicated and friendly.

Very nice cottage, with beautiful sunsets and a terrace overlooking the deaf. The cottage is well-equipped, although there are no towels, so it's a good idea to take it out of the house.

Accommodation in a quiet location - close to hiking, winter sports, etc. Overall, we rate our New Year's Eve stay very positively. The surprise was that the place actually looked even better than the photos provided on Airbnb. Fenced property is an advantage for visiting a place with a dog. The house met everything - kitchen equipment, linens, great retro stove, garage..The housekeeper had a nice clean upon arrival, the keys to the house went well.

The place was beautiful in one word. Clean and cozy everywhere. It's really amazing for a group or a big family. For each room, a bathroom. Beautiful landscape around, ski area for skiers just 2 km away, you can use the ski bus, which builds a short walk from the cottage.

Home is perfektny! You need it to disposition. Quality furnishings and appliances. Minimalistly furnished, but you immediately feel at home. Nice view of the apartment. A landscaped garden with barbecue and terrace. Jana is very kind and proactive in communicating. Also suitable for families with children. Highly recommend! Thank you for your stay!

We came to Jawa Czy Zen over New Year’s break with our dog; our friends unfortunately cancelled last minute which meant we had the place all to ourselves for maximum privacy. We got what we were looking for: restful sleep and naps, outdoor space for our dog to run around and play, time to unwind, cooking simple meals. We were lucky that we had 4 sunny days there so we sat outside in the terrace with our hot drinks. Highlights are: the handmade soaps from local maker and linen spray, plus their large window, terrace and fireplace. It stormed one night and the entire village lost power for 1 hour, Patrycja sent husband over with candles and a headlamp for us. The fireplace and candles made our experience during the blackout cosy and warm. Since our dog is terrified of fireworks, the location was perfect! We could see fireworks from the mountain towns and they were far enough that our dog felt ok to do her toilet walks. We really recommend Patrycja’s place.

Great place, all prepared for tip top, house equipped with everything necessary (there was a supply of paper, dishwasher tablets, bags, tea). We had a weekend with friends, and who knows if we won't be back, probably the best place we've been to so far! Thanks and greetings.

Very pleasant and helpful Mrs. Beata, who belongs to the house along with the meadow and the forest by the house. Quiet neighborhood. Provided parking space next to the house. The interior is clean and practically decorated. Easy access to places worth visiting, such as the Zieleniec Sport Arena ski station and the Museum of Paper in Dusznik-Zdrój.

Well maintained house , located in a quiet place, not far away from the ski slopes. Vaclav a is very friendly host, he gave us great recommendation for the local activities.
