Minutes from South Lake, Heavenly, and beaches in tranquil Zephyr Heights. 2018 custom home with stunning views. My personal home that I rent while away; have expensive, creative, and perfectionistic taste.. Amenities incl: executive kitchen, hot tub, sauna, steam room, bbq, fire pit, theater, disco, billiards, darts, AC/DC pinball, Big Buck Hunter, poker, games, Tesla charger, WiFi, cable, premium stereo. Other houses you get basic stuff. This place is like a museum. Read the reviews.

At 7,500 feet of elevation, your literally on top of the Mountain with Mountain views, 1 minute from the Nevada side of Heavenly Mountain Resort's Boulder and Stagecoach lodge and ski lifts. 3 miles from casinos. We have added an air conditioner in the loft, BBQ, Fire pit, professional Pac Man game, Wifi, JBL speaker and multiple large screen TV's. We have 5 bedrooms (one is a loft with no doors), 7 queen size beds in total. Small dog friendly (woof).

You’ll love my place because the location is great, nestled in the prestigious Montgomery estates, close to Casinos, Heavenly, Hiking/mountain biking trails.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). **Please note the home is close to full time neighbors so not open to parties. If you are looking for a home to relax, enjoy nature I would recommend this home. Great for families and a quiet getaway!**
