Townhouse ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, as described, in absolute calm. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk. We were 5 couples of friends and enjoyed the spaces and amenities available.

We were delighted with our stay at Franck's. The house is very nice, clean, friendly, close to all amenities on foot, with the hot tub to run it all! Franck is a host anxious to do well, with adorable touches for our arrival, very available and full of good tips for a successful holiday! We will definitely come back to his place to renew this great vacation!

A very pleasant stay in a cute little cottage. Everything is there for a pleasant stay. The bedding is very comfortable, the cleanliness impeccable! The exteriors are perfectly maintained and the garden fenced, allowing children to play safely. Thank you to these hosts who are very kind and very accommodating about checkout time😊 We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful place in a nice quiet area. Valerie was always responsive. Highly recommended unless maybe you have trouble with mobility. There is a thin spiral staircase which is charming but if you struggle climbing steps could be an issue for you.

Very well located apartment close to shops and the city center without being in it. Very pleasant accommodation and the terrace is perfect. No inconvenience during our 2-week stay. A big thank you to K'ty who manages the apartment for the owner, responsive, available and attentive. I'll do it again if I come back to the area.

Very well located house in the Chartrons district, close to the docks and 20 minutes from the center on foot. We were there with friends, the house is suitable, large living room and beautiful kitchen very well equipped. We appreciated the linen being provided, the beds made upon arrival. The garage is a big plus, because you can't park on the street. Many restaurants nearby, and the tram or bus nearby. We'll definitely be back for a future weekend. Idea for improvement, having a 2nd bed in 160, because 140 for a couple is small! Thanks for the little touches.g

Thank you again for spending a few days in your charming fisherman's hut. A little slice of heaven where the living is good. A quiet and relaxing place. A nice garden completely closed for my hairball , a nice decoration , a place where nothing is missing and beds in which we slept well. What the people ask for! 🙂 I would highly recommend!!!

Corinne always responded quickly to my messages; she welcomed us warmly, and the apartment facing the pool is very welcoming. It is a very good place to visit the Bordeaux region, close to the highways ( and bike paths!)

Myself and a friend had excellent stay at Suzanne. Close to amenities (and the wedding we were attending) but peaceful. Apartment had everything we needed, we appreciated tea and snacks left. Lovely dogs and cats who greeted us. Suzanne communicated well and everything was smooth. Would visit again if I was in the area.

An extremely rare level of service. I travel regularly, I use Booking or Airbnb to find my accommodations. I put it on the same level as a duplex that I rented in Aix en Provence 8th floor double orientation overlooking the Montagne Ste Victoire... This Bordeaux address deserves 5 stars for the design and layout of the very large living room that opens onto a south/south east facing garden ideal for dinner under the stars. Thanks to the air conditioning, the comfort of the floor is perfect for serene nights. The calm of the surroundings ensures a stay in total calm. Not to mention the pool not very large but which allows you to cool off on summer evenings (I'll have to come back to enjoy it). And finally, unbeatable value for money and the relationship with hosts based on mutual trust. A summit 👍

We had a lovely stay at Julien's house. The house is very nice, bright, it is tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is very peaceful, the pool is a plus that was much appreciated.

We had a super relaxing week in the beautiful house of Serge! We enjoyed the very tasteful decor and a dream garden with pool and various seating options very much. We rented bicycles to get around the village faster, as the house is located in a quiet residential area. Wonderful for sleeping. Only the third "bedroom" is not a real room but a passageway. But this is also shown in the description. We lacked nothing and we recommend the house without reservation! Thanks, Serge!

Family home ideal for families with small children. Games for them in a game room. Cribs. High chair. Stroller and cozy. Everything was perfect. The children's island is close for activities. On the other hand, a car is essential for shopping and trips to the sea.
