A quiet and tidy apartment building with a glazed balcony and elevator. In a double bed that can stand out in the bedroom, quality Tempur mattresses and blackout curtains in the window. A sofa bed and a floor mattress spread out in the living room. Well stocked kitchen. A parking spot with a heating pole. Shop and beach less than 200m away / Downtown and XAMK University of Applied Sciences about 1.4km/ Concert and congress house to Mikael about 650m / Ice rink and race track about 3km.

Stunning downtown apartment for 1-4 guests, sauna & balcony

Feel like at home in a well furnished apartment at the city center. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) and a short sofa for one who is under 170cm tall. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & Sauna, balcony with glass windows add a feeling of luxury. I will do my best to make your stay most enjoyable!

Excellent location in the idyllic park -like area just off the center traffic noise. Beach track and services nearby. The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment. You also have a free WiFi, a parking space with canopy and electric vehicle charging station. We make the beds ready, so bed linen, towels and detergents are included in the price.

Tämä tilava rivitalo kaksio (65m^2) sijaitsee Olavinlinnan kupeessa rauhallisessa naapurustossa aivan Saimaan rannan ääressä. Asunnossa on oma sisäänkäynti, parveke, sauna ja täysin varusteltu keittiö. Eteisen seinältä löytyy ilmalämpöpumppu takamaan miellyttävän lämpötilan kesät talvet. Asunto on koristeltu viherkasvein. Ilmainen pysäköinti myös kesällä. Huomioithan, että tämä asunto on myös kotini. Näin ollen suurin osa kaapeista on henkilökohtaisia tavaroitani varten.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
