Bedroom in Girondine house, charming, on site of the village. Close to a small bistro , overlooking the bike path , 50 m away. 20 min from Bordeaux, 40 min from Ste Emilion and 1h15 from the Arcachon basin. nearby wine castles, as well as equestrian centers... super market 10 min by car or 1/2 hr by bike. Markets in surrounding villages, Friday , Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday. No food in the village plan to refuel beforehand if you are not transported.

The flat is cosy, practical, quiet, and fully furnished. The little extra comfort of your stay: CLEANING FEES AND BREAKFAST INCLUDED !!! Feel just like home : washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, wi-fi, television... It has 2 separate bedrooms ( a baby cot is available on request), a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room, a large living space ( living room - dining room - open kitchen), and of course, the terrace, so cosy !

House in a quiet area. Garden to the south. Spacious, clear house. Warm atmosphere. The blue room (2 seats) and the yellow room (1 seat) can be booked via Airbnb. We are a 10 minute drive from the airport 200 m from the bus stop (line 4) to Bordeaux a 10-minute walk from tram B to Bordeaux 2 km from Pessac railway station. Notre maison se situe au cœur du village, a 500 mètres du site de l’aerocampus. Il s'agit d'une chambre dans notre maison. Il y a 5 chambres en tout. Nous en occupons 2. Nous en proposons deux à la location. Nous dédions une salle d'eau à nos hôtes, à partager quand les 2 Chambres sont louées. Chaque chambre dispose d'un grand lit en 140x190 et d'un lit adulte en 80x190 Nous limiterons l’accès aux chambres à 3 personnes, bébé compris.

Quiet 2 bedroom suite in Bordeaux stall

Let yourself be seduced by this adorable accommodation which includes 2 cozy bedrooms, tastefully decorated, in a quiet area. They are upstairs and are not suitable for the elderly. Wifi connection, air-conditioned space. Towels provided. New bedding, very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are common to the 2 bedrooms, ourselves using those on the ground floor. Breakfast is included (homemade organic bread and homemade jam).

Warm and sunny, this lovely flat is situated in our family stone building. The street is quiet, bright and close to all the conveniences (shops, transport...) and of the historic district. You'll take beautiful walks around...! A secure car park is offered for 10€/day if booked in advance. (I promise an answer within the day)
