We had a lovely stay at Vipin's place for my husband's birthday, and we will definitely come back again. It's a hidden gem, very quiet and beautiful place. Vipin is an amazing host, he was helpful every step of the way. And he even went a step further to offer us a birthday cake. The walk to the beach is very nice, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We had the best grilled fish we had so far in India, and overall experience was magical. I would definitely recommend Vipin's place over some beach rentals that are offered in the area as they might be loud and not very clean. Vipin puts so much love into his space, that it becomes truly magical for all his guests.

Leroys place is a well maintained unit in Avery quiet and peaceful location. The furniture and Linen was good and all the amenities were there as promised. There was clear communication from the host on the checkin procedure and the caretaker lady was helpful as well. Highly recommended for a small family.

The Mystick Hideaway is a lovely place to stay, with nice finishing touches so it feels like home rather than a holiday property. The bedroom has loads of storage, so you can unpack properly (be sure to use the fairy lights which are a nice touch). Supplied are 2 huge bath sheet sized towels, which was a nice surprise. The kitchen is well equipped with new pans and a coffee maker, so I was able to cook some meals there too. Aishwarya is super helpful and always quick to respond. She even left needle and cotton for me to do some emergency outfit repairs. A lovely, peaceful stay in a quiet part of Agonda.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The bed was comfortable and there was good hot water and great water pressure. There are two balconies. One caught the sun in the morning and was ideal for drying washing. The other overlooked the garden and pool and was cool and shady all day. It was lovely to watch a variety of visiting birds. It has all the amenities needed and is within easy walking distance of both Patnem and Palolem beaches with Colomb beach in between. There are a variety of very good local restaurants and a fantastic bakery with sourdough bread and Italian food. We had a lovely two weeks and would definitely stay again.

The place was as shown in the pictures. The backyard was STUNNING. Its the stuff of dreams. We had our coffee sitting on the steps both days. The property is close to the beach which is a major plus. Caretakers are warm people. Their pets and pets' friends are happy company. The area is quaint and gives rural vibes. The only thing is that reaching the place is a bit tricky and difficult with a car as the path to the place is really narrow. Would recommend to take a two wheeler in the area instead. Food options in walking distance are a bit limited however if you travel 3-4 kms you get better options. Komal was helpful with giving directions to get to the property and mostly prompt with her communications. Would suggest this to anyone looking to have a quaint time in Goa in a heartbeat especially if you get it at non-season pricing.

Amit & Vinita are gracious hosts and the caretaker was always available for any requests. There were some minor hiccups that was promptly addressed and we (friends) had a wonderful time staying at the place. The house is at a walking distance to the Colva beach, other restaurants & is in a peaceful neighbourhood. This place is great for families and friends who want to explore South Goa.

We had a truly wonderful stay at villa Azul. Ishita was a responsive host and the caretakers Pappu and Sangeeta were friendly and so helpful. The house is set down a road lined by coconut groves and it really feels like the Goa of the past that I grew up knowing - rustic, charming and sleepy - but with all our modern needs met. It is such a bonus that it is a pet friendly place as we were able to bring our small elderly dog who could safely wander the compound thanks to a boundary wall. The property is immaculate, with a well maintained garden and faultless cleaning indoors too. Basic supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, eggs and bread are provided - but stock up on anything else you need at a general store beforehand. I'd be back in a heartbeat as it was the perfect setting to unwind with a book, in the hammock or on the veranda. Thank you for a memorable visit.

beautiful property, safe and best part is all amenities are provided necessary for family stay. host Onkar is very helpful and quick responsive. Colva beach is on walkable distance. In my nutshell, this property is better than any 3 star or 4 star hotel stay.

The apartment is set out well, air con good, TV had some English stations, bathrooms were clean and had good showers, washing machine came in very handy, water purifier also came in handy, close to the beach and colva centre, some lovely resteraunt and bars, short and pleasant walk to benaulim beach with great beach shacks, very friendly locals, pool area was clean and pool was a delightful dip at the end of the day, would definitely recommend and would stay there again, all in all a great experience,

I had a wonderful experience at this place, as it offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere that was just what I needed. We dedicated our entire trip to enjoying the fantastic pool, which was absolutely awesome. The host was incredibly helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. It provided a sense of privacy, allowing us to relax, while at the same time, it was a fantastic place to have fun with friends. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchen had all the necessary utensils, making our stay even more convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it's a must-visit!

We stayed in this property for two weeks time . The property is nicely located in a well maintained society . Walkable distance from beach . Very well suited for beach lovers .

Lovely house. Nice and cool in all rooms. I wish we had got clearer instruction as to where the property was located, for example ‘opposite royal tailors’ . I wish we had the owner to check us in upon arrival as we had been travelling for 12hours. Generally a lovely place to stay.

I had my first 2 nights in India ever, and what an introduction! Dharman was incredibly helpful allowing an early check in, by keeping the accommodation empty for the night before, and for no extra charge! Dharman booked us a taxi from the airport, so our arrival was hassle free!, and Dharman was waiting to greet us and check is in, he then drove my partner to the local supermarket to get supplies! The place is set in a beautiful, tranquil setting, was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for Dahman to help us with, booking boat trips, taxis and allowing a late check out! Would highly recommend this delightful gem and would love to stay again sometime soon!

Really beautiful apartment in a great location. Everything you need is easily within reach without being in a busy area. The road in front is quiet and there is a great coffee shop just in front. The house was very clean and bathrooms great with hot water. The aircon and internet worked perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped for all your cooking needs. Really recommend this place.

Great property, great location, and very responsive owner. It’s well located with everything you could want for a short stay - washing machine, gas and stove. The lockbox check in was smooth and Carmin was kind enough to allow for an early check in. It’s near Palolem and you can walk, but the roads aren’t very pedestrian friendly - but it’s a great location with lots of nice cafés and scooty rentals nearby. Maybe because of our early check in there were a few missing items (soap) and a few things that needed to be removed from the apartment before we arrived, but the caretaker was really helpful and cleared everything up. Overall I would recommend this property.
