The complex has high-speed internet throughout and a laundry facility. Shopping/Grocery/Pharmacy are all close by. Restaurants/bars very close by. This is an amazing area of Florida, with so many things to see and do. You will love it here. We have also provided bikes for your use to get around.

Quaint Davis Island Getaway - close to downtown

Beautiful place to stay, convenient to downtown, easy walking distance to shops and food. Great communication with booking. The place was extremely clean and quiet. Would love to stay again next time in Tampa!(Bob) This is a darling, comfortable place. Everything we needed was right there. They even left some nice snacks that were much appreciated! Super clean condo. Decorated to create a warm cozy feeling. Lovely decorative touches.. We even had a ZOOM with our partners in France.(Connie)

It's a few minutes walk to the lighted public crosswalk that crosses Gulf Blvd to the Madeira Beach Public Beach Access. The 385 sq. foot unit is perfect for two people. We are a mile from John's Pass Village. Limited beach equipment, bikes, beach towels, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV's included. Wireless WI-FI. Security latch on door. Four people will be tight.
