Such a peaceful little place to stay. Accomodation was amazing, very peaceful with the farm sounds and beautiful yard and gardens. We were welcomed by the welcoming committee of the lovely little dogs and owners. Very comfy king size bed. We were travelling around NSW and QLD and this was the best AirBnb we stayed in during our travels. Thanks Susie and Earl for a wonderful stay.

I had an amazing stay at the Rodney and Tania's place. Room was clean with all amenities mentioned in the description. The property is in an amazing spot and you can really soak in the country air. Amazing place to visit with the dogs and overall great experience. Will be soon. :)

We only had the time to stay for one night, but wished we could have spent a week's holiday here! It was such a beautiful and serene setting, and we slept extremely well. Susie and her family were so friendly and respectful. When you love animals, you will love it here. You will be greeted by a lovely bunch of them as soon as you step outside! ❤️ We had a great time.

Tania and Rodney’s accommodation is clean and very comfortable. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend to all art/land lovers. My daughter loved the pool!

Lynne was a wonderful and welcoming host. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend this place for your next Tamworth stay. She was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We were up for just the weekend and only wished we had more time to explore the surrounds. Loved being able to be amongst nature, and loved seeing the cows during the day. Overall, a truly lovely stay.

5 stars 🤩 The Lana Cabin is amazing! Beautiful, clean and charming! We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We hope to be back someday! The view from the property is stunning. The highlight was not only the amazing stars we saw every night, but the gorgeous puppy that greeted us every morning. Highly, highly recommend!

Peter and Jenny were very accommodating and lovely to talk to. Peter gave us a tour of the farm and showed us where they have Wedding Ceremonies and the Reception in the Woolshed which is absolutely stunning. They have sheep, Highland cows, chickens and 2 lovely dogs Copper and Boss which my kids absolutely adored and got to hang out with. We can't wait to visit again. Was a great little getaway with the family which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks again Peter and Jenny.

Beautiful oasis! Charming cottage with incredible views of the country side. Magnificent garden with horses, farm animals and birds. The place is extremely comfy. We have been welcomed with fresh milk and eggs, bred and butter. Beds are plush and nights are silent! Would love to come back .

My family and I had a wonderful 3 nights in this beautiful, peaceful property. The home had everything we could have asked for including a fully equiped kitchen with lots of pantry staples and extra generous treats, comfy beds and extra blankets, toys, books, firewood etc. Thank you Annabelle for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

My partner and I spent 2 days here and absolutely loved it. Narree was so kind and went above and beyond our expectations for our stay. We made scrambled eggs from the eggs provided and the food at the Dungowan Station across the road is unreal. We enjoyed every second of off the grid life it was so relaxing. We will definitely be coming back.

Karen is a kind and thoughtful host. The home is well presented with wonderful views. The home was spotless with a great shower and super comfy bed. Lots of thoughtful touches such as bottled water, eggs and breakfast items and catalogues with things to do and places to go. Only 15” from town but a million miles away from everyone. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Wonderful rural place at the end of a gravel road. This place is off the grid but has all amenities. Very good place to relax and recharge. Phil and Jian are great hosts being helpful with all your needs. Definitely would go back there.

I had such a lovely stay at this cozy little farm retreat! The space was warm, welcoming, and offered the perfect amount of privacy for a peaceful getaway. Waking up to the views of the rolling hills and open countryside was absolutely magical — the landscape alone is worth the trip. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, and the hosts made sure I felt right at home without ever intruding on my space. If you’re looking for a quiet escape surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had such a lovely time staying at this property. Vicki and Kent were extremely gracious and welcoming hosts. Vicki took the time to show us around the farm and introduce us to their beautiful animals. The property itself was so peaceful and serene. The cottage was spotless and our dog, Frankie, had a ball. What a treat to stay on such a gorgeous country property. We’d had some rain prior, so the lawns & paddocks were green & inviting. The unit is built within a large shed. Inside, it is well finished. The kitchen, dining and living space are aligned in an open concept. It’s efficient if not a tad narrow. Cozy would be an apt word. The two bedrooms and bathroom are decent sized. Everything seems new and fresh. For me, the two main bonuses were the outdoor space and the animals. Every morning at sunrise, I’d take my camera and walk along the road out front, or take an interior track to the back of the property past the dam. Such peace. I’d see Galahs and parrots fly by and Kookaburras laughing in the distance. The two horses would stop grazing & come to the fence for a nuzzle. On my return, at least one & occasionally all six of the dogs would be out in the yard, eager to say hello and wait for a pat. Such charmers. We enjoyed every minute. And at night - the sunset & starry skies! :-)

As an AirBnB host myself, I was overwhelmed by Fay's generosity and genuine care. Fay really wanted us to feel at home and be comfortable. The 'cabin' was more of a home with really lovely touches added to enhance an already delightful property. A delightful stay with wonderful local recommendations which exceeded expectations. Thank you Fay, we really loved our stay. I trust the rains finally managed to find you.

We spent a lovely Christmas at The Dairy Cottage, it was so peaceful and private. We really loved sitting out on the deck at sunset, watching the cows, lambs, birds and enjoying the water view. The cottage has everything you need for a great country break!

Belles Farm! What can I say! My fiance and I absolutely loved belles farm! Everything is brand new, peaceful quiet! We stayed over the Easter long weekend it was just what we needed to get away from everyone and everything ! Belles is fantastic herself, extremely helpful, gave us precise instructions and how to find the farmstay and where the keys are located. Belles was only a phone call away if we needed anything ! If you want piece, quiet & serenity this is where you want to be! We will 💯 be visiting again! Well worth the 8 hour drive for a get away! Paul & Jordyn
