Holiday rentals with a patio in Tamworth

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Our family of four (two children 13, and 8), had a lovely four days staying at The Courtyard. Place is really nicely furnished and decorated - with a superb finish everywhere. Have to give top marks to whoever did the work on the place. Very clean and comfortable. Everything worked well in the flat. Our host Jayne was very communicative and helpful. We self checked in and checked out which was very easy. Parking space was clearly marked and fine for our SUV size vehicle. Flat is very peaceful and located in a nice neighbourhood. Handy pub with good food, (The Nag’s Head) is a very close by. You can access walks to the Malvern Hills from the park in the town which makes Great Malvern a place where you don’t need a car to explore the outdoors. At the same time you have restaurants and shops within a 20 min walk of the flat. Definitely recommend a stay at The Courtyard. Lovely place, great value and Great Malvern certainly worth a visit.

I found the apartment more than I expected, very nice place to stay. Dominic was a very good host, very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay there again, good value for money

We highly recommend Phil's place! My wife, daughter, and I visited the University of Nottingham for her Veterinary Medicine acceptance at Sutton Bonington, and Phil’s location was perfect. It’s just 100 feet from the Victoria Centre mall and city bus routes, with easy access to all major campuses. Phil's place is in the middle of the nightlife, but flat and the area is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Phil went above and beyond—meeting us upon arrival, offering great restaurant suggestions, and ensuring excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning! This was our first time in the UK being from Canada. Phil's place was great and made us feel right at home. Going back in September and November and I will requesting to stay at Phil's place again. You book Phil's place you will not be disappointed.

would book again, interior was so modern and well kept. only problem was check in, however the host had that all under control due to external circumstances. was a lovely stay, wish it was longer. such a great host aswell, so satisfied!!

We stayed for a night in stable cottage, very comfortable and cozy, very quiet on a night time with it being out of the way from main roads etc. Not a luxury stay but perfect for a little night away as a stop over to a new location. The facilities were all stunning and very clean. Thanks! :)

As always another great apartment with Steve. We have stayed a few times in one of his other properties and have always had the best of times.Big tv, comfy big bed, great efficient heating if needed and piping hot water. Very individual, well thought out with everything you need, whether staying in or going out. Castle Donnington is a fantastic location, amazing village with so much to do from shopping for quirky gifts, massage, hair cut or eating and drinking. We have explored them all and loved it. We ate this time at Orissa, an incredible Indian, 5 minutes walk away. Donnington race track is a few minutes drive away. We always feel right at home. The on street parking is always easy.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We had a wonderful stay! the property had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds in clean, lovely bedrooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms... and of course the games cupboard! thank you!

Really enjoyed the long stay in this place. Spotless and pristine. The cooking utensils and cutlery are all perfect, clean and like new. The cleanliness are our main thing and really happy with it.

Delightful little home to stay in, everything you could need. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area. Quick communication from the host throughout including sorting a late check out. Perfect location for a Midlands meetup for geographically seperated working professionals

The Coach House was so beautiful and cosy. We were blown away as we arrived at the most beautiful estate. The Coach House was easy to find due to Vickys brilliant instructions. The rooms were luxurious and newly refurbished. Comfy beds, soft linen and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were immaculate and spacious. The kitchen diner and living room were spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful location and such thoughtful little touches like robes and slippers. The location was great too, 20 mins from Chatsworth House and 15 mins from Bakewell. We will definitely be back.

We were in Nottingham for a wedding and the house was very conveniently located. The house was clean and had all the neccessary amenities. Providing some essentials such as milk and bread was a great touch and much appreciated. Scott was very responsive and a great host.

This is a lovely home, located close enough to the city centre to walk, great amenities, exceptionally clean, everything you could ask for in an Airbnb, host has brilliant commutations and is a pleasure to deal with, this place gets a big recommendation from us and won’t hesitate to return one day. Great apartment! Plenty big enough for 6 adults, 1 baby & 2 dogs. Plenty of bathrooms which was nice not having to share, great location (if you don’t mind a bit of a hill walking back) beautiful place to sightsee and get out and about. Kiran was great, asked for some recommendations and he had a full guide ready and had plenty of stuff to recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Justine’s apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. The view was stunning and the Malvern hills are right on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

Another wonderful stay with Pam and Paul as always. Everything is perfect from the beautiful apartment to the surrounding fields and views. It is a lovely place to totally wind down and relax and Pam and Paul go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. Beautiful space outside to sit and just switch off. Great location for Alton Towers. Apartment was clean and spacious and in a great location. Lots of shops and food places nearby. Would recommend to friends and stay again.
