It is a gem of a property away from the crowded spaces of Bhimtal. A secluded space with really nice views, nestled in the greenery, hills and abundant beautiful horticulture in the vicinity. Property and facilities available are the same as mentioned in the website. We had a very comfortable stay as host was very responsive and always available to our requirements such as local contacts, cabs and recommendations. As the kitchenette facility is there, we also cooked some items ourselves but homemade food with the caretaker was sumptuous and tasty, which came as a pleasant surprise to us. When in Bhimtal/Nainital, you should consider Woodstock residence for a calm and peaceful experience, with an amazing value for money

We had a wonderful time at Harshit’s villa. The cottage is very well maintained and both the caretakers (Jeevan and Neeraj) were very courteous and helpful. We tried the in house kitchen as well and the pahari thali was a great hit among our family members. The cottage is located on a hill top and is a perfect getaway for a family of 7-8 members. Harshit is proactive in communication and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Would recommend his villa to anyone looking for a weekend vacation in Bhimtal/Naukuchiatal. Look forward to visiting again.

Everything was good, Helpful staff, Clean bathroom and rooms Beutiful surrounding Peaceful and relaxing stay Only one thing that I don't like, that is property's location, it was located arround 3km from main road and cafe, resturant and other basics needed was 2,3 km away from property. It worth to pay that money.

had a very good stay the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff was amazing they went over and beyond to make our day enjoyable.. We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this picturesque wooden cottage. The host was exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the cottage itself was impeccably maintained, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight, however, was the food—the chef prepared home-cooked meals with such finesse that they could easily compete with any top restaurant. An unforgettable experience that perfectly blended comfort and culinary delight!

We had a wonderful time staying at Yashwant ji's property in Satkhol. The place was very well taken care of and offered us a stunning view of the valley and the Himalayas. The surroundings were full of greenery, and our kids had a great time running around on the hill. Yashwant ji and his family provided us with exceptional hospitality; the food, cooked at home, was absolutely delicious and made according to our preferences. They even accommodated our flexible meal timings. Overall, it was an amazing experience that went beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this place and will love to visit again.
