Couldn’t fault the destination, the villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and veranda were excellent, good location to explore the local area, we would recommend this villa to everyone, would definitely recommend visit in the future. Fortunately, Jessica rented the place for us at very short notice and allowed us to check in less than 10 minutes later and saved us the day! We got an introduction and lots of tips from her. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and is so nicely and warmly decorated that we really felt "like @ home". The bathrooms are great, there are lots of towels, even extra ones for the pool and beach. The kitchen is very well equipped! And there was nothing missing. The living room is so cozy! We had a lovely stay all around and would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately our flight went after 2 days. In the summer the outdoor area with the pools is certainly fantastic, now the water was a bit cold, but the children did not bother it. We 100% recommend the place and hope to return to beautiful Palau☺️

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

Beautiful views, great terrace and pool plus the hot tub was unmissable. Clean spaces and air conditioning made sleeping possible in the heat. Lovely location and surroundings whilst being close to Palau with shops and restaurants if you can pull yourself away from the terrace.

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

Spectacular home with a spectacular view and a spectacular host. The house is stunning. Very well stocked and the view is amazing. Giorgio met us at the property and sat with us. He went through the home and gave us recommendations to visit. Thank Giorgio we had a wonderful time.

The Roccarosa residence has exceeded our expectations! Especially on the outside, it looks like a lovely place where nothing is missing: swimming pool, jacuzzi, relaxation area with a beautiful view, super-equipped barbecue area. The outdoor space is large and attention to detail, for a stay full of pure relaxation; the context in which it is inserted is perfect for "unplugging. Our apartment was the one for 6, also well-kept and complete with all the necessary accessories: kitchen utensils, dishes, coffee machine, sheets, etc. Even at the entrance there is a shower to clean your feet from the beach, umbrella for free use, clothesline, etc. As a icing on the cake, I would suggest making the third room bed double, which would make the stay of those traveling in 3 couples more comfortable, and the renovation of the armchairs that are located on the outside that if replaced would make the apartment truly impeccable!

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

We had a few nights in this beautiful small home. Perfect for a couple, very close to Palau and the coast. Some gorgeous beaches nearby and towns with supermarkets and cafes within a short drive. The home is very private and separated from the road and other properties, it’s beautifully designed, very modern and clean. It’s like a perfect desert retreat. The kitchen is a great size, and the bathroom is gorgeous. Nicky welcomed us, and showed us around, he was very helpful and we were so relaxed there. We could have stayed longer. Speedy WiFi and amazing air con. Thanks Nicky!

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

We had a divinely good time in a quiet area, with a fenced garden useful for children's play; entrance to the independent apartment with outdoor table and lounge chairs without and ample space without prying eyes: you can safely go out in underwear that no one nearby can see... car parking in front of the entrance. Beaches reachable within a 15-minute drive. Highway attached to the house. The tranquility reigns at night, with a deep darkness without public and private lighting, with a very starry sky.

We had a very nice stay. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful garden. You could walk to the beach in a few minutes. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Those who come for kitesurfing or wind/wings surfing have it very close to the corresponding spots. The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the area by rental car. You can easily park outside the house. Communication was flawless and very accommodating. We will come back very gladly!

Fernando and Barbara are truly amazing hosts! They always provided us with great restaurant tips, even made reservations for us, and were very helpful overall. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was definitely a big plus for us. We had a fantastic stay thanks to their hospitality and the lovely accommodation. Highly recommended!

friendly, warmhearted people, and so are the dogs. great hospitality. down to earth. we just felt home and welcome. we loved the setup of our stazzu and the whole place. a hideaway in the maccia, no noise, no lights but starlight. we´ll try to come back. all the best, jo&afra

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We stayed in Olbia for 10 days and it was a very nice stay. The roof terrace is truly an absolute highlight. The apartment has a nice kitchen and was in pristine condition. Communication with the host is very friendly and impeccable. Definitely worth a visit - thank you!

Our family of 6 stayed at Gianni’s for a week. Gianni was quick to respond and gave us restaurant recommendations and even made a reservation for us at the restaurant right by their property that specializes in Sardinian cuisine. Excellent! If you stay here you must go. The host also recommended Autumn Festivals in the area. We drove to Ottano for their festival and it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. They provided beach towels for each of us. We loved playing family card games each evening at their dining table. Check in was easy and also an easy check out. Our family enjoyed our stay in Valentino’s home. We would definitely recommend a stay at Gianni’s property.

We can 100% recommend the villa. The terrace as well as the pool overlooking the sea are fantastic! The villa is sparkling clean and well equipped. Nothing is missing! The outdoor area has an outdoor shower, a ping pong table and an outdoor kitchen for grilling. Our favorite spot was the hammock under the olive tree – here you can look out over the pool to the sea. If you want to relax on vacation, you can do this very well here. Our contact with Lucia was excellent – fast and very likeable communication. Check-in and check-out were totally straightforward. Thank you for everything, Lucia – we will be happy to come back!

Location was perfect. Peaceful and beautiful, away from business of city yet very close to city, beaches and hiking! Well stocked. Luca was an awesome host.

Communication with Michele is excellent and Paolo is available on site. House is located in a very pleasant, quiet and well-kept area. It is well equipped and you feel very comfortable. A very well-kept pool system with sufficient loungers can be reached in about 2 minutes and a beautiful swimming bay can be reached by a small path in about 5 minutes. The place is highly recommended.
