The apartment is located in a quiet residential area (near the quicksand). It was much bigger and more comfortable than what could be seen in the photos in the publication. It had everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Martin is a friendly and polite person, he welcomed us and since the depto was not booked the next day we offered super flexible check out. It was not an inconvenience to stay with our dog. We will definitely be back next time!

The place matches the description and is a good option for a comfortable stay up to 4 people. It is located in an easily accessible place, close to downtown and close to everything. The stay was a very good experience from the 0 minute, since Ignacio was super attentive even before we arrived to wait for us at the indicated time. At the time of arrival, she greeted us super well, showing us the house and sharing suggestions for things to do and places to visit. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, in addition to being super equipped to enjoy from a rich coffee in the morning, to a good asado on the balcony grill. I would definitely choose the apartment again for a next stay in Tandil.

Francisco's place was nicely located, and the service was very good! It has a very nice balcony to have some mates watching the sunset. Super recommended.

The place met expectations and more. The neighborhood where it is located is very quiet and in the complex they are very friendly people. The facilities are great. It has everything you need to spend beautiful days. Both Gabriela, as well as Florence and Jessi, behaved super well with me and very kindly. I even appreciate that they allowed me to extend the check-out for two hours so I could be more comfortable when I leave and be able to organize it with the departure of my passage. The accommodation is an internal apartment, so it is away from the noise from the street. Resting is very easy because there is no noise. The place matches the photos and description of the place. Matías was responding fast and the access is fully autonomous, which was very helpful both on my arrival and departure.

We went for the carnival holiday 2021 and had a great time. The place is much better than what's shown in the photos. It is spotless and very clean. Silvia, I kindly explain everything about the accommodation and was always attentive to our questions. It is located in an unbeatable place. We were 2 couples and were very comfortable.
