A semi-detached 2 bedroom apartment overlooking park like surroundings & view of Oakura Beach & the Tasman Sea. A very short walk will have the sand between your toes and/or a dip in the sea. Entry into the apartment is via your own front door with an outside lock-box holding the key. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms, both with wardrobes for storage. Bath robes are supplied for up to 4 guests. In the well appointed lounge/dining room area you will also find a TV, CD player & FM radio.

Winter Rate - new app tax rules have unfortunately increased the cost of staying at short-stay rentals by 15% from 1 April 2024. We have decided to absorb that hike for guests over Winter and have lowered our nightly rates for the months of May to August. Welcome to Brooklands Studio. We are located on the Pukekura Park boundary adjacent to the Bowl of Brooklands. It is a very private and quiet studio which is completely separate from the rest of the House. There is secure offroad parking on the premises adjacent to its private entrance. Apartment by the Park

This recently redecorated two bedroom apartment is 3-4 minutes walk to the magnificent Pukekura Park, and 1-2 minutes walk to shops and takeaways. 1km to CBD and 1.5km to coastal walkway. Down a short right-of-way, with no road noise, this apartment would suit a couple or two individuals. Sorry but this apartment is not suitable for small children. You will love this location and the private section. No cleaning charge.

Fitzroy Beach View

Our place is great for couples, friends, solo adventurers, and travellers. We live close to the coastal walkway and have views of the sea, city and occasionally our mountain. Your bedrooms and living space are upstairs above the living part of our home, and comes with its own entrance. Because of the stairs it is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
