Excellent location on draw back was the steep ladders to the bed room. Otherwise very good.

The house is very spacious, squeaky clean with everythg you may need for your stay. We were 6 adults and 3 children and we enjoyed lots of space. The table tennis and the foosball in the basement was a hit with the children . Very good restaurants in walkable distance and great scenery around. The road leading up to the villa is a bit rough but I guess it comes with being in the mountains and the view from the terrace made up for it.

It's a great place to stay for a night or two if you're in need of an affordable accommodation in the city center. Just be aware that the is not thought as the type of accomodation where you spend half of your day in the room. The space is limited (hence the affordable price), but it offers most of the amenities you might require (coffee maker, water heater, cutlery, essentials). I would gladly recommend this to someone who plans to come to Brașov for a couple of days and wants a place to crash out after a long day of visiting the city.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We met the housekeeper who was very helpful and friendly. The house is exactly as described and looks just like the photos, so there’s no surprises. We went out for a walk each morning to explore the area and whilst it’s a small suburb, it’s still interesting to explore. I would definitely stay here again.

A superb, five-night stay in Tavi’s apartment. It’s one of those rare Airbnbs where you feel like you could live there for at least a year. It’s spacious, classy, well-furnished and equipped, clean and comfortable. I slept well on the cozy bed with fresh linens and comforter. The location is excellent too, just a few minutes to the main square by foot. Finally, extra kudos for the Brita water filter!

Mihail is very pleasant to talk to and hospitable. The villa was clean, great beds and pillows, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. Cozy backyard. Mikhail decorated the house for our arrival and put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time, thank you Mihail!

all together i would rate it as a 5 * . Guest is always responsive and easy to reach. In the center of the city so lots to do / visit / try. As a balance, price / quality it definitely worth the money. I recommend 100%.
