I had a great week at this place, with my feet in the water, it was just perfect! The cottage is super nice, clean and very well located. And above all, a huge thank you to the host who is super kind, smiling, warm and always available. Once again thank you for everything, I will come back without hesitation!

The location is excellent, you have the beach a hop, literal and very good atmosphere turning the corner. The photos do not do justice to the apartment, in person they want. We were very comfortable, and the hosts were attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

I would like to thanks marwa about her greeting’s since day one and she will make sure that everything is perfect during your stay. Her apartment simply a pearl in the sea, i can say that is super clean and decorated even more than a five stars hotel rooms or suites. As im a frequent traveller around the world i could say that is the best place i have stayed. Thank you marwa for your great hospitality and scuba diving recommendation. We had a wonderful stay at Zoe’s place. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped in a fantastic location just a few meters to the stunning beach. The area is very peaceful and the apartment has a lovely private garden and terrace. There were a couple of nice beach bars right there on the beach and we loved El Pre - local tapas bar just up the road by the tennis club . We also walked around to the other side of the harbour most days where the majority of the bars and restaurants are located. Zoe was extremely helpful and flexible re check in and delivered us clean towels and bedding part way through our stay. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and hope to return again next year.

A very good and correct host. The apartment has been recently renovated and has everything you need for a great stay. The host was also always responsive to messages in a timely manner. Magnificent location with a wonderful terrace!

Absolutely incredible stay! Location was incredible, right next to the pool, beach and bars and restaurants! The pool was so clean, beach was so amazing and the food in the restaurants were great! Julia and Nick's property is a wonderful spot for a holiday getaway. Our group of five (four adults and a six-year-old) spent a week there, and we had an incredible experience. The house is roomy, immaculate, and equipped with everything you might need. The pool’s warm water was perfect, and we spent countless hours swimming and relaxing in it. Although the nearest beach wasn't the best, there are several lovely beaches within a short drive—some just 10 minutes away, others about 30 minutes. The location is central to several coastal towns that are well worth exploring. These towns have beautiful beaches and offer delicious, comforting food. Julia and Nick are fantastic hosts—very helpful and always attentive. They reached out to us about a week before our arrival, provided all the details we needed, and promptly answered all our questions. Thank you, Julia and Nick, for sharing your wonderful home and for being such gracious hosts.

Perfect accommodation, the house is amazing, clean, new, very well equipped and on top of that Beatriz is a very good host, attentive to us at all times. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

Fabulous apartment and perfect location. Everything was within walking distance, centrally located but very peaceful. We felt very at home and would definitely book up again at a later date!

We stayed for two weeks over Christmas with our three teenage boys. We all loved it! The apartment is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the sea from the big balcony and the roof top terrace. Breathtaking. With three active boys we utilized the amenities alot. We playes tennis and padel every day (often a few times a day 😊) and used the gym. We took wonderful walks along the beach on the great boardwalk that stretches along the coast for miles. A dip in the ocean on Christmas was a must! The Sonora restaurant on the beach just in front of the condominium was a fab place for a drink, lunch, coffee. Loved it! It was also just a short drive to explore towns like Puerto Banus, Marbella as well as nearby hikes in the mountains. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We’ll be back! ☀️

Easter 2025 We had a very nice week. Accommodation seamless, detailed instructions provided as you go. 6 adults and 4 children. The house is very close to the beach. During our stay (April), there was 1 restaurant nearby and 1 restaurant on the beach -very good food. No complaints, drove around a bit. Nearby 2 ports with lots of restaurants, coffee shops. The house is nice, the common areas are very spacious, well appointed rooms. Very good kitchen equipment (washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, oven, etc.), pool and padel were basically only at our disposal. Great view of the beach from the deck and balcony. Parking spaces on the property - we had 2 cars. Contact with Jacques was very good, leaves guests free, responsive to comments/suggestions. The water pressure in the shower needs to be improved - the bath in order. I recommend a villa for large families (2+2, 2+2, 2).

Malin contacted me a few days prior to the stay to make sure sleeping arrangements were all set for the 3 children I would have with me. I got really clear instructions on how to check in on the first day and it was obvious on arrival that careful thought had gone into making sure the children and I could settle. The apartment was a lovely base for exploring Gib - well situated near the marina for bars, restaurants and town. The complex pools are lovely. We had an amazing stay!

For me everything was comfortable. Very nice terrace. There is everything you need.

We couldn't have wished for a better house or more helpful hosts. The property was perfect for our golf trip close to some wonderful golf courses. However I would recommend this property and the area for any type of holiday. Thank you

A perfect beach house with wonderful views. The photographs on the listing doesn't do it justice- much bigger and impressive! We enjoyed our stay very much. All our queries were answered immediately. Sitting on the roof terrace watching the boats in the distance was very relaxing! Will definitely book to come again.

We stayed for 2 nights with my parents and my daughter and had a lovely time. The house is exactly like the photos and every bit of space has been used and thought out well. Light,bright and modern with a lovely view of the ocean and sunrise. There is a little swing you can attach to the double doors at the front which is a nice touch. For good restaurants you need to take a taxi but that was not a problem and normally cost around £10. Clare was a great host very helpful and responsive - you will have a lovely stay.

Loved the appartment with its pristine view of Los Lances Beach and Northern Africa right across. Great location - close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and the old part of town. We hope to return.
