The house has been refurbished for more comfort,it is located at the foot of the quiet black mountain 2 km from the center of Labruguière, 15 minutes from Mazamet and its footbridge, 1 hour from Carcassonne, 1 hour from Toulouse, 1h30 from the sea, 10 minutes from Castres, 40 minutes from Albi. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are close to the property. Swimming pool on the property. Swimming in the lakes, farmers' market in Castres in summer,mazamet. I will be delighted to inform you about your outings.

The maisonette is a charming little house in the center of St Rome de Tarn, in a quiet area. House completely renovated this summer. Beautiful view. It is on 3 levels : bedroom downstairs, bedroom at the top (with "Rapido" bed/sofa) + bathroom + toilet + balcony. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen and dining room. + WC + small balcony. The staircase is spiral. Possibility of parking 150 m from the house. Possibility of renting sheets for €10 Cleaning €50
