Holiday rentals with beach access in Tarwin Lower

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

Great little place with everything you need, including a washing machine, good WiFi and a comfy bed. Location was great, close to the waterfront and just minutes to the centre of Frankston. Busses are close by also. Tim was a great host, very flexible and made me feel welcome. Thanks.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

Very well located, clean, well appointed accommodation with lots of thoughtful extras, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Walking distance to many amenities. Anne was also very responsive and understanding of requests. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Can highly recommend.

This was our third stay with Jacinta's place. As always it was fantastic. Super clean and such a great location to the beach. We love that everything is provided - linen, towels, coffee pods!! Such good value for money compared with other properties on the Pennisula (that make you pay extra for these items or tell you to bring yourself!). Jacinta is always super helpful with fast response times and recommendations. We will be back for sure. It has become our annual family tradition spot and we love it!

Wow what a beautiful self-contained apartment right on the beach. Full Kitchen, spa bath, internet and air-con with two living areas and two cable televisions; this place is highly recommended! Thanks again Michelle!

Janette was fabulous, communicating all the way. House was exactly as described. We weren’t aware that it was the top story only. This wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others. Would comfortably fit 6 people. We even had a spa after our Flinders FunRun today and Janette was kind enough to allow a late check-out which we organised a couple of weeks ago. We would love to come back. Thank you Janette.

We had a fantastic weekend away with our two dogs, Josh's place was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful big back yard for the boys to run around in. Walking distance to a dog friendly beach. Loved every minute!

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

We really enjoyed our stay. You can feel the house is the family holiday home, which was very inviting and made us feel at home. A short walk through the bush to the beautiful beach. Beautiful trail nearby (Roy Henderson) where we spotted kangaroos and wombats. Beautiful birds around. Small supermarket nearby. Was a great spot to explore Wilson’s prom from. They backyard and area are very green and peaceful. We highly recommend.

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

Loved staying in our group of six at Daniela’s house. Communication was seamless & Daniella’s instructions were easy to follow for check in/out. House is stocked with additional pillows/blankets to get extra comfy & lots of tea/coffee to use. Lovely stay 😊

Amazing little house right opposite the beach. Perfect Pet Friendly accommodation with a lovely secure yard. Our labradors loved it. Walk over to the beach with a dog beach area. Easy Walk into town centre for shops. House was neat and clean and Nick was a fabulous and responsive Host. This is my new favourite holiday destination!

We had a great stay at Karen’s apartment. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean, the location was awesome and so close to Mt Eliza village, providing great access to cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful stay in Frankston, a great location with direct access to the beach. It’s also a very private and peaceful studio, beautifully decorated and has everything you would need! The breakfast bits were also such a lovely touch, we felt right at home! The bed is also super comfortable!
