Beautiful place in Santa Margherita Ligure. Easy to walk to anywhere in town. Close to train station and many restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony was amazing. We stayed with our two small children and it was excellent for us. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Nice and very clean house in perfect condition at the heart of Genova. Close to highlights of Genova San Lorenzo, Piazza De Ferrari and so on. Many tastey suggestions for food and drinks, thanks to Stefano. I highly recommend this house.

This place is well done! Brand new renovation. Beautiful decor. She thought of everything. It’s a 2 bedroom (kings) and 2 bathrooms. The mattresses were comfortable as well as the pillows. And a good hairdryer w a diffuser! A hot water kettle, cafetere coffee maker in the kitchen and an expresso machine in the other bedroom. Toaster, waffle maker. No microwave. And L’occitaine shampoo and soap pumps! Extremely detailed instruction videos.. nice for Americans who aren’t used to the types of locks or appliances in Europe. An easy lesson than 10min walk from train station right past shops in new town. We were here in Dec. very few places open. A great coffee shop that had a nice selection of pastries. And was a bar in the evenings. Had to go to the Old town - 15-20min walk to find a restaurant open. Anne was available and responsible anytime I text. Superhost. The building was nice and clean. One floor up. Easy marble stairs.

Charming small typical accommodation and in its juice. Matteo was very helpful and friendly for our lightning passage in the area (one night). We were also happy to find a very garage that can accommodate 2 cars in this pedestrian area.

I've been there for my Christmas holiday, so not exactly to visit the beach, but the apartment was warm and cozy even in winter. The location and the apartment are as shown in the pics great value for money

Great location to get to the beach and center of town. The place is small but included everything we needed. A few things to note, the shower is very small for tall people and the place sits right above the train tracks, so you do hear the train during the night. Even though it is on the 4th floor, the elevator is nice for luggage and the walk to the restaurants/beach is very quick. Location is the selling point of this rental.

Such a gorgeous place with everything you will need. The hosts were attentive and responsive. My only warning is to folks who may have issues climbing steep stairs. It’s straight up many steps.

We visited in February when many shops and restaurants are closed but the town and residents were relaxed and it was very peaceful. Each night a different restaurant was open and we enjoyed each, as all the food was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and delicious. Francesca was very responsive, kind, and offered suggestions for places to visit and eat. One of the notable aspects of the space is the ability to control the temperature of each room so we were always comfortable regardless of the weather. The washing machine was an added benefit and worked great. The flat is located on one of the main streets of old town Monterosso with shops right outside the door and a short walk to the train. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We had a lovely and restful time, the location is beautiful with the private beach and the sound of ocean waves, the view of the sea is wonderful. Camilla is a great host and Paolo is amazing, warm and friendly, and he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and even took care of arranging a boat charter for us with a great local company who really took care of us, even arranging to get a birthday cake on short notice, going into town to pick it up for us! Amazing hospitality that made our trip special. Thanks so much!
