You will be located in the southern Ardeche between mountains and rivers, 30 min from Vallon Pont d 'Arc and Les Vans; 5 min from the medieval village of Largentière. shops, swimming , canoeing, farmers' markets and night markets. Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. I have just completed the complete renovation. The rental allows me to finance the rest. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You will appreciate it for the view, decoration and pebble alleys. In the summer, I prefer week-long stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Au rez de chaussée de notre résidence, c'est un appartement cosy que nous avons aménagé pour recevoir avant tout notre famille et nos amis. Cuisine équipée, canapé lit, chambre avec lit 160 et jolie salle de bain...Tout a été refait à neuf en conservant le charme des pierres apparentes.Situé dans les ruelles pittoresques de cette ancienne cité médiévale qu'est Largentière. Admirez les maisons aux façades de pierres de grés mais aussi le château qui domine.
