Beautiful and wide house (2700 ft²) by the sea in Ribeirão da Ilha District, the most preserved and traditional neighborhood of Florianópolis. 3 suites with queen, double, 2 single beds and baby crib. Air conditioning cold / hot in every room. HEATED POOL. Large living room with cable TV and internet, gourmet space with barbecue, wood burning stove and pizza oven. Te property is large, and has sea access, ideal for kayaking (available to guests). Place for an incredible family rest!

It is, by car, 5 minutes to Paria de Campeche. The place is very tree-lined, with several flowers, very quiet. Street and neighborhood. also quiet. Nearby there is a bakery, market, Open Shopping, restaurants, snack bars, bistros. Easy access to the center and public transportation.
