Our stay was pleasant, Sebastián was in contact with us from minute one, on our arrival CFE was fixing a transformer and he got involved and monitored all the time until the light arrived, the description matches everything, Blanca is always attentive and helping in everything, the cleaning is done every day and his season is delicious, the view of the house is beautiful, and the common rooms and rooms are very comfortable✨💜. I highly recommend it.

It was a very pleasant experience. Miguel kept up to what we needed the whole time. The water temperature is great to use at any time, the place is as shown in the photos, it is a few minutes from the nearest center, which helps to have privacy and tranquility. I would highly recommend it

Excellent place. Friendly host. Margarita and her family were attentive to any need. The pool is very clean, a little cold this time of year but my little one enjoyed it anyway. Second time we stayed in this beautiful house, the attention is incomparable, the facilities are very nice, the advantage of its pool is that it is heated which helps a lot to take advantage of the day, even if it is with rain at night. Highly recommended !!!

I have stayed at this property twice on my visits to Morelos. After the first time I decided to book again this property as I was very happy with the house and the hosts. Property is clean and comfortable, with a nice garden and a pool just opposite. The hosts are friendly and responsive and the security guards were lovely too. I recommend this property.

This property comes as close as is possible to fitting the "picture perfect" image of what a rental property should be. This is a secure, condominium grouping of six or seven well constructed, architecturally interesting homes, set out on immaculately maintained grounds. The property manager is an amazing, fellow! who takes great pride in his non-stop responsibilities. My review begins with the words "picture perfect". It really is, except the photos used in the listing do not do this comfortable property justice. We stayed for two months and left wishing it could have been longer!

The place super nice and well cared for, has spacious spaces for everyone to enjoy from kids to adults. Every room with bathroom and hot water. Rogelio is always attentive. We were very happy!!

Casa elefante is a gem. It was the perfect place for the birthday party event I organized. Cesar and Mary, the house keepers, were amazing and made the stay extra special. Cesar was always attentive, got everything we needed and even took care of security for the party. Mary made us amazing meals and was always willing to help with everything as well. Some minor issues were on some amenities that were offered such as shampoo that was offered in the listing and when no shower had it and I pointed it out the host mentioned that it was a mistake and would correct it later instead of offering a solution. Also, the jacuzzi in the master bathroom did not work and some times hot water didn’t come from the showers as Cesar had to start the boiler for us to have it. However, the overall complex is amazing. With this little details addressed it is truly and amazing deal.
