This newly built home is perfect for up to 4 guests. Located along the scenic "Achenweg" riverside in Kirchberg and features a private garden. The home is close to all local ski lifts, a practice slope, cross-country trails, and a toboggan run. The center of Kirchberg, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is just 1.8 km (5 mins by car) away. It's also an ideal starting point for valley hikes and has direct access to the bike path, making it great for both summer and winter activities.

The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel comfortable! Fast 80 Mbps Internet! There's a balcony for morning coffee in the sun, and a balcony with a big table for having dinner while enjoying the sunset. The house is situated about 10 min walk from the city centre, 2 minutes away from supermarkets and is still very quietly positioned. Tourist tax of 2.2€\night is to be paid extra in cash at arrival: you get a guest card for free public transportation and other discounts

Luxury sunny private garden apartment with terrace

Great for dogs!! Ask for extended checkout times as it is usually possible. On the side of our holiday house we have a delightful small private apartment with two entrances, your own terrace, full sun and access to the main garden. The apartment has dual car parking and space for keeping skis or bikes under shelter. It's ideal for two people with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Direct train to Munich. We offer a good discount for longer stays.

Fantastic holiday home

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Welcome to the apartment Kronbichler ! Our house is located in a quiet residential area in the Oberndorf district in Ebbs. The nearest bus stop as well as a very good Tyrolean tavern can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful nature lakes and cycling trails can be found in the immediate vicinity. The ski world "Wilder Kaiser" is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via its own, separate entrance.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Chalet Franzi - an entire HOLIDAY HOME to yourself

Our chalet was renovated in January 2019! Our grandparents already hosted so many happy guests. We now designed it new, bright and friendly. When you rent you can enjoy the chalet's prime location with spectacular views over the Gastein Valley and its surrounding mountains. Ski lift, public thermal pool and restaurants are in short walking distance. Trail-heads start right behind the chalet - a Gastein paradise.
