Cottage holiday rentals in Tay

We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb last weekend! The location is unbeatable, just 10 minutes away from the ski resort, making it incredibly convenient for anyone looking to hit the slopes. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. The space was comfortable and well-maintained, and everything we needed was provided. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a ski trip. We’ll definitely be back next time!

We had a fantastic stay at Aliya’s cottage! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The setting was peaceful and picturesque, making it the perfect escape. Communication with Aliya was seamless. She was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful retreat!

Daniel gave a thorough intro message of specifics the day of on top of what was already so clearly laid out. The property was beautiful with access to so many activity options. House is clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the dock which had a great selection of furniture and sun/shade options. The beach is a close walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will likely be back to enjoy the space again!

Perfect getaway for a snowmobiling crew like ours. Just a quick ride over highway 11 to the main trail.. it was great to come back to a comfortable and clean environment at the bnb. Lots of games to keep you entertained and basketball was a hit! The BBQ and hot tub were great extras. Felt like a home away from home, and Jason was very helpful from the beginning. Beautiful trip all in all!

we had a wonderful time at a beautiful cottage. it was everything we could have imagined. the hot tub, barbecue and the firepit were well used and relaxing. Mandie was super friendly and responsive and everything you needed was there ready for you. would highly recommend and can't wait to come back and see this place in the summer.

This was my third stay at Kris's Airbnb, and I’ve always appreciated the place and overall experience. The home is comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, which is why I’ve returned multiple times. The outdoor hot-tub and sauna, home layout and multiple bedrooms & bathrooms are a big plus for our family.

A great retreat for a New Year’s nest. Loved the hot tub in the snow - and the bunkie! Very relaxing, comfortable. You should organize your food supply carefully though as it would take about 2 hours (40 min to Foodland, 40 min back and 20 min shopping). We were fine as we had brought lots of food with us. Also, the walls between the two bedrooms are very thin, so if you have a snorer….Otherwise, a wonderful property!!

Dylan's place was wonderful and looked exactly as the pictures describe. if anything, the bedrooms were actually more cozy and comfortable than the pictures showed. The open concept layout was great for our group with 6 kids under the age of 7. Dylan was responsive and helpful with all his messages. couldn't have asked for a nicer weekend and I can't wait to visit in the summer!

We had a nice stay at Sarah's place! She was very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and cozy, perfect for a mini getaway from the city. We had a nice time during the cold weather.

We had a perfect stay with Pam and Bryan. Their accommodation is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with many amenities that make the stay very pleasant. The communication with them was smooth and warm, which made the experience even better. We left delighted and highly recommend their accommodation!

We visited Jag’s place in late February. It’s super easy to get to, great directions to get in. The cottage itself is very well laid out. It has a great kitchen. We’re very tempted to come back in the summer when we can take advantage of all of the outdoor amenities. One note, four-wheel-drive is definitely necessary in the winter .

Beatiful, cozy, incredibly well stocked and comfortable. I couldnt ask for much more. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen (house has everything you need from seasonings to ketchup to wood to parchment paper!). Great sauna. Just as an fyi 2025 has been a ridiculously insane amount of snow so i would recommend having a car in winter that can handle snow (totally out of hosts control, they had snow clearing and were quick to respond to inquiries; they even came to clear the steps!). We had all wheel drive which had no problems at all, but family had front wheel drive only and we had to help them. Hosts extended our checkout to help accommodate (incredibly kind!). Can't wait to come back!

we had a great stay at Nicole's cottage! spacious, comfortable, clean and with everything we needed for a calm and cozy winter getaway. we were able to go for walks even with all the snow thanks to the well maintained roads and it felt so good coming back to a warm and beautiful space!! thank you for hosting us 🫶

My husband, 3&1/2 year old daughter, two dogs and I just returned from the most incredible cottage stay in Bracebridge, Muskoka, and we’re already counting down the days until we can go back! The host, James, was truly exceptional - responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches and extra details that made our stay so special. The Christmas tree was beautifully decorated with different lighting options, and the abundance of board games and video games kept us entertained for hours, regardless of the weather outside. The hot tub was immaculately clean and the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the home itself was spotless and tidy. It's clear that James takes great pride in his property and goes to great lengths to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. I'm so grateful to have found this little slice of heaven in Muskoka! Highly recommend!

My group and I had an excellent stay at the cottage. The lake is beautiful and the property is as well; inside and out. The location is quiet, yet not too secluded, making the overall experience very peaceful. The home was also very clean, functional, and had even more amenities than we were even expecting! Our family had an enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend at Carol's property. The cabin was cozy and charming, the bunkie was super cute and the deck and fire pit were amazing spots to hang out at. It's a short walk to the water and a convenience store/lcbo. Our only issue was that we didn't stay long enough!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mike’s place! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that a lot of thought and care had gone into making this cottage feel like a home away from home. The space was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful private beach, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. The deck and fire pit were great for relaxing, and the basement game area was a huge hit with the kids. Mike was a fantastic host, super responsive, friendly, and helpful with recommendations. Went to James's place for some well deserved R & R and we got it. Lovely location, great swimming, the sun was shining, sand was golden, water was perfect. All the amenities we needed. Great to sit by the fire at night and enjoy the sun set. Loved the outdoor shower.
