Super happy with my stay. Apartment is the perfect base and location has all you need with shops and restaurants literally on your doorstep.

Brilliant place. Great location and everything as described. Toan was incredibly helpful with anything I needed and was very responsive. Would definitely book again as the lake I find is the best place to be as slightly quieter than down town Hà Nội. Recommended!

Nice place

Great apartment in Westlake area. Very comfortable and with easy walkable access to a lot of restaurants. Ha Noi can be an intimidating city to walk due to heavy traffic, but this apartment was located in the only place we felt free to walk the area without hustling.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

If you are reading my review then you are thinking of booking The Tournesol... don't just think about it BOOK IT!! You will not be disappointed. We have just had a 5 nights stay here and honestly cannot praise it enough. We met up with family that are traveling, so we were 6 adults and a 4 year old. We couldn't have chosen better. The location was right in the heart of the old Quarter, everything we wanted within a short walk away, fabulous restaurants, night markets, Train Street. The house itself was incredible, the space went on and on as you got to each floor, until you reached the beautiful roof terrace, a lovely place to sit and listen to the chatter of the City. Washing machine facilities on the roof too. The house is spotlessly clean and all amenities that you require. The beds were sooo comfortable and bedrooms very spacious. Tuan couldn't have done more for us, from start to finish, always at the end of the phone if needed, and lots of tips. Totally fabulous stay!!!!

Great place, right in the historic center of Hanoi

The house is located in a residential area with a lot of birds next to a building, you can listen to the birds and find the homestay.Surrounded by a vegetable market with good chicken Pho.It is about four kilometers from the old city, and it is convenient to go out to grab a grab (be sure to go to the old city to cross the red river, not allowed to walk).Check in and out was easy and there was a problem the host would try to help resolve.The mattress was more comfortable, suggest a more pair of earplugs and noise at night.

We had a fantastic stay. Hannah was by far the most responsive host we have ever stayed with, she offered to call our driver to ensure he dropped us off at the right place (we found the place easily). The space was very beautiful and everything worked well. the washer and dryer worked really well, all the appliances seemed brand new. Hannah responded to all questions/concerns very very quickly. Her husband came and showed us the space and how to use the hot water for showers, he was very helpful and friendly as well. The property is ~20 minute grab outside of the busiest parts of hanoi which we liked a lot as it's much quieter than being directly in old town. There are lovely coffee shops a short walk away. The airbnb was very well stocked, filtered water available easily. The rooms are spread over 5 floors which is nice as there's privacy between rooms. The elevator worked really well. A grab into the city costed $4-$6 USD depending on where in the city we went $4 to go into old town

Absolutely great stay for a solo or duo traveller! I came alone, everything was explained perfectly. Lots of nice food around too! The view is nice, there may have been a rooftop area but i didn't look for it as it felt like i was snooping. Clean room, bedlinen and pillows smelled like fresh home detergent. Bathroom had a ventilator so no steam rushing out into the room. Host was friendly, articulate and proactive! Will stay here again when i come back to Hanoi for the winter!

nice, comfortable place to walk the lake

We had a great stay here - we would come again! The check in instructions were clear and the place was easy to find. The apartment was located in a secure block with reception staff so there was always someone to help if needed. There’s a supermarket across the road and some restaurants/cafes locally but you are not able to walk into the main city. It was easy to get a Grab bike/car from the apartment when needed. The apartment had everything we needed for the stay and was clean and tidy. There was free drinking water too! It was very easy to get ahold of the host and they responded within a few hours if there were any issues - even over the Christmas period! The one negative was that the bed in the smaller room was very uncomfortable to sleep on as the springs dug into you but that can easily be replaced or a mattress topper be placed on top.

Amazing place, looks exactly like the picture, we felt right at home and didn’t want to leave 🥲 The apartment has full amenities, the washer dryer and dishwasher were very useful during our 5 days stay. The bed was comfortable, the toilet got japanese bidet (our fave!!), everything was great really. The location is great, away from the hustle bustle of the old quarter so it’s relatively more peaceful. The road in front of the building has several lanes so the access to the apt was easy. Got a minimart next to it and several restaurants within walking distance so it was very convenient. Close to lotte mall tay ho too! The host is super responsive and helpful as well, will definitely come back to stay here if we come back to Hanoi again.

The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The view is beautiful, and the rooms are bright and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were reliable and went smoothly without any issues. The host was friendly and provided good support. Would happily stay here again – 5 stars.

Nice apartment with comfortable beds, good air con, good internet, daily cleaning and a super market next door. There are a few restaurants around and you can walk to the lake. One negative point is that you have to take a 15 min taxi ride to reach all the sights, activities and cool bars and restaurants in the old quarter.

The best parts were communication with the hosts, the location, the balcony, how big the place was, comfortable bed and good water pressure for the shower. I would stay there again.

Nice decoration, excellent value & good location. The 3 bedroom I booked was amazing. Honestly, the room was more than I expected with nice decoration and super clean. The host Mark really made my stay happy and convient, I and my family had such a great stay with such a wonderful recommendation for Tours and car to airport. Highly recommend it.
