Thank you for a lovely stay, we appreciated being able to book for just a night as many places required two night stay. Beautiful home in lovely surroundings, everything we needed was available, especially helpful to do some clothes washing!

We stayed here the weekend of TUM for runners /support crew for the ultramarathon. Plenty of parking, bedrooms, areas to spend time together, huge kitchen, washing machine . Everything you’d need. Colin was very responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

What a beautiful home to stay. I was in love with the house. Very clean and kids friendly. My both kids had so much fun in the house.

Lovely hosts. Lovely private accommodation Close to a little park, and inland beach area. I enjoyed swimming in the safety of the cove, with views across to The Mount and surrounding areas. Great location - local mini markets, cafe, bakery, hairdressers, beautician, garage etc. There is a bus stop at the top of the road, and plenty of off road parking directly outside for cars. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A second fabulous stay in 2 months. We're so happy to have found Island Breeze! Once again, we were treated to peace and quiet, bird song (including Kaka fly-pasts again!), plus beautiful weather, easy access to beaches and townships - what more could we ask! Island Breeze is spotlessly clean, private, on a bus route if you need it, and just right! Thanks again!

This is the second time we have stayed here, and hopefully not the last. Wonderful location. Apartment is spacious and has all the amenities for easy living (note, no laundry).

We received a very warm welcome from Julia on our arrival. The accommodation was very homely and comfortable, especially the comfy bed. Some treats had been left for us which were appreciated. Well located for where we wanted to explore with the most beautiful garden and views. Julia clearly enjoys welcoming guests to Paradise on Pine.

The view was absolutely amazing! The bathroom was very nice and spacious and the folding doors out to the deck were perfect!

Had a wonderful stay here with our mother in law. Absolutely sensational views of water activities and the wharf near by to do a day trip to russell and catch many of the day tours without having to drive and find a park. The place was clean and tidy on arrival. Bedrooms and bathrooms are up a flight of stairs so accessibility would be a problem. The main bed was soft but that seems to be a thing here in Auckland- we like medium to hard with bad backs. Otherwise loved the place, Paihia and the bay of islands with the very best intention of returning. 🙂

This is very comfortable place to spend time with someone who you love! Amenities are completely provided so you only bring your clothes! I recommend here for all of people:)

Barbara's place is an absolute gem. Very nice apartment with everything we needed including a very welcome washing machine. Large enough to spread out and relax, with a separate room allowing for an afternoon nap is needed. The slider in the bedroom allows for a glimpse of the lake and my husband was able to walk down for an afternoon fish. Barbara is a charming woman with a deep knowledge of the area. She was extremely helpful in recommending insight into the surrounding area. We highly recommend❣️

What a great host! In a world where AIRBNBs are increasingly operating by third parties, it was a very welcome relief to come across a place that was obviously set up for the convenience and comfort of its guests. Really appreciated Wayne’s thoughtful additional touches like books, guides and leaflets. Also very grateful for generous provisions. Be warned that the location of this AIRBNB is on the steep side of Wellington! The pay off is spectacular views! While we were relying on walking in and out of the city, the location was still doable. It’s a steep climb but very convenient. Our party of 4 found Wayne’s place super comfortable and very peaceful. Wayne was also a perfect, thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you Wayne for a memorable stay. Look forward to another visit sometime.

Lovely, spacious place with an excellent kitchen, beautiful balcony views and comfortable bed. Rex and Emily have done a fantastic job of making this central location comfortable. Can’t wait to return here!

Great location for sea swimming at the end of a day’s sightseeing. Easy to get into town centre. Apartment very quiet.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Jenny’s condo was perfect for our needs. Roomy, comfortable beds, a well-fitted out kitchen, and within an easy stroll down to the beach. The dedicated clothes dryer was a nice bonus. An excellent choice for a family!

Great place to stay clean and tidy close to Main Street - restaurants and brewery. Shed to lock our bikes. Lovely chocolates, croissants and toast/toppings for breakfast ! Comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect with our stay. The unit is new and clean. The location is beach front and beautiful. You can hear the waves all day and night. The night sky is very dark so the stars are breathtaking!! Thank you Jo for a wonderful stay. We hope to stay again soon.
