Berlin visitors are obliged to pay an additional Tourism tax. It is 5%, but can be avoided when on a buisness trip.

Recently the micro neighbourhood is showing some very good food options and nightlife opportunities.

Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. S-Bahn S7 and bus are a 10-minute walk and both take you to the city in 35 minutes.
