Gorgeous modern style home in the country looking over with view of Paso Robles. There are neighbors and businesses nearby but for privacy the backyard is fenced. Home has well stocked kitchen & everything you need essential bathrooms and linens closet. Family enjoyed BBQing, swimming in the hottub and pool, and played in the Game room. This is great for family with kids or Small busy group of people. Stores and shops are only less 5 minutes away. Hosts responded quickly and were helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Timi’s place in Paso Robles, CA was so wonderful! Everything was exactly as described. Host was super friendly and opened communication right away. We never had any need to reach out because the house had everything we could possibly need. The house has so much character and was so clean! There is so much to do and almost everything you could need is walking distance. Would be lucky to stay again!

My family had a wonderful stay at the Ranch House! Our host, Martin, was very friendly and checked in to ensure we had everything needed during our stay. The house is located on a quiet street, which was great for morning walks. There's ample to do in the area. We would happily stay here again.

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

I liked the property. Nice views of the ocean and vacant lots on either side, providing plenty of privacy. Walking distance from Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Christy is a thorough host, who is proactive and responsive. I would recommend staying at this property.

What a wonderful home! The backyard was particularly fun for the kids, lots of games and space to run around. We had a great time.

Our family stayed at Summer Place over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival, the home was just as it was pictured. The yard is fully fenced so no worry about our dogs getting out. The house was equipped with everything you could think of, even Tupperware! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing. PRVR had the best customer service. Our spa had some issues that they sent someone out to fix on Thanksgiving day. Highly impressed with this BnB and with the rental company. Will probably stay here again.

Wonderful hosts and such a lovely bungalow. The bungalow was tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and close to restaurants, Sensorio as well as a lot of wineries. We would definitely come back again.

" Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it's home from work we go..." This property is indeed a storybook cabin that sits on a secluded hilltop teeming with wildlife. Nestled just between the 2 large lakes of San Antonio and Nacimento, the sweeping views of the entire area are unmatched. We woke up to deer soaking in the rays from the morning sun in front of the kitchen window, rabbits hopping around the garden, ground squirrels racing while the long horn cows and horses grazed peacefully. Even more impressive - hardly an insect in sight besides the occasional moth that few too close to the flames of the outdoor fire pit as we star gazed in the evenings. The actual cabin was equally impressive. Besides the ingenious artistry and design, the amenities and personal touches throughout the home were exceedingly thoughtful and considerate. Stocked kitchen, ton of large towels, soaking tub.. Although temps were averaging around 40 degrees in the evening, we stayed toasty and comfortable. * Magical *

Al and Andrea are great hosts. We would definitely stay here again. Felt right at home, very spacious and super comfortable beds. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around. It was nice having the garage to park in.

This was our second time to stay in this home for New Years weekend, and hopefully there will be more. We love this house and its charm. Kitchen is one of the best supplied Airbnb’s we have stayed in. We like to cook so that’s important to us. Neighborhood is peaceful and we love watching the deer in the area. Sometimes right out the front window. Close enough to town that a good walker can walk to park. Pictures look exactly like the house looks inside and out! Can’t wait to return.

It has become a tradition for us to go here once per year. There is room for 3 siblings and their spouses. The wives like the thought-out kitchen and it is easy to work in. There are enough televisions for everyone. Pool, darts in the garage and more activities in the back yard (mini-bocce, corn hole and a covered patio table). The neighborhood is nice to walk through. There is a trail by an intermittent stream 1/2 mile away.

Good prompt communication throughout, convenient location to both downtown and CalPoly. Clean and organized with helpful instructions. It was helpful to have the laundry facilities and the front & back porches to catch the sun and we were even treated to an orange sunset. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in the area.

We loved this place. Spectacular oceanfront views from the kitchen, living room and master…even the shower. Private, cozy, clean and perched on a cliff with its own outdoor patio, dining area and grassy lawn. Wow! We would come back for sure.

The home is even more beautiful than the pictures give it credit. On a gorgeous plot of land, very spacious for 9-10 guests. Wish we had even more time there

I had a great experience staying at Gina's place for an extended stay while on a clinical rotation. She was very flexible about the move-in and offered lots of help and suggestions while moving to the area. It was very peaceful with a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards. I really enjoyed hanging out and soaking up the sun with all the furry friends on the balcony whenever I had a break. There are lots of great food suggestions in the surrounding areas and each coastal town was an easy drive to see the ocean. Thanks Gina, and I cannot recommend this place strongly enough.

We had a nice weekend away at this lovely air b&b! It’s a cute, well decorated space with a great kitchen and cozy spaces to visit. We planned on walking to town, but I forgot my jacket & it was chilly. We appreciated the little touches in the air b&b (cute decor, fun records, fireplace, single use toothbrushes for those who forgot:) All in all, it was a great stay!

Lee Ann’s listing was a fantastic getaway that exceeded our expectations. The house was a real charmer. The open kitchen set up made us feel at home. The house was well labeled with QR codes that gave us “how to” use certain appliances and general information. The outdoor area is really where we spent most of our time. Walking the property and hanging out with the goats and cow was a great experience and one of the goats gave birth while we were there. We had the most beautiful sunsets at the gazebo where we had our dinner. The surrounding vineyards make you feel like you are in your own winery( especially when you have a glass of wine in your hand). This is a unique property and my family highly recommends it.

House was spacious and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Less than 10 minutes from downtown shops/bars/restaurants and within 20-25 minutes from all the wineries we visited. Right down the road from the Sensorio exhibition as well. Our group had a great time and I would recommend staying here.

Grocery store five mins away. We had 2 couples. Could easily be comfortable for 3 couples. Host helped us work through booking in friendly manner. Loved staying here...

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-maintained home, which had all the necessities for a comfortable trip. The outdoor deck was a highlight, perfect for enjoying morning tea in a serene setting. The location was ideal, with nearby trails and with lots to see and do within 1-2 hours. Laureen, our host, was fantastic—prompt in her responses and kind enough to accommodate our last-minute request for a late checkout. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful nature getaway, and we’d love to return!
