Motorhome holiday rentals in Tennessee River

LOVED my stay here! Warning though, staying here will make you want to rewatch Walk the Line! It just fit the vibe! haha Great amenities and location, walkable to everything and worth the price point! The description of everything was perfect and even had very helpful directions too! I will definitely stay here again!!

This place was absolutely amazing! My best friend and I wanted to stay closer to a festival this year and I am so happy we chose to stay here! It was very nice, and comfortable for us two! Most places now have very strict rules, but these rules were very reasonable and respectful. It was location in a very safe area with a beautiful view of the lake. The only thing that was not the best was the pull out couch(mainly because we are pretty tall women) but what pull out couch is 5 stars any way!🤣 We both said we would 100 % stay here again no doubt! Gena was a great host! My toddler loved the little snacks she left for us to enjoy and she took extra care in letting us know we were safe when a severe storm rolled through during our stay! I will definitely be booking with her in the future!

Excellent location. Over 900 acres of peaceful mountaintop with trails, old roads and nature to explore. Robert has been careful to not have campers right on top of each other so they can experience peace and nature. I forgot my fire starter and ligher and he was kind and helpful to get me what I forgot. Though the road is gravel onto the hill, I got my 40' class A V up, parked and back down with zero problems. You could even add a toad and not have troubles. Site I was in was relatively level, but if you want it perfect, I'd bring levelers and possibly some under jacks 2*10s. I 100% plan on being a regular customer. Note that driving up to the site, it's pure country. There are small houses with cars and chickens in the yards. To me, that added to the laid-back feeling. Next time, I'll try to stay longer.

Host was fantastic! Clear instructions and healthy communication. Beautiful property, tucked away and peaceful. We had no issues with our stay! One of the nights we had so much rain it flooded the roads and bridges. The host helped us navigate through it and was very accommodating even in severe weather. 5 Stars!!! Highly recommend!!!

I never laid eyes on Toree as much as we wouldn’t have minded meeting such a wonderful host it was nice that even though Toree lived in property we had our total privacy. The RV was a happy camper. We had everything we needed 😁

This was a wonderful place to stay. I stayed for a week. Etic is a great host and responded to any questions immediately. I loved staying on the farm. It was nice to look out the window and see the cows standing around. If you are traveling through the area I would definitely recommend staying here. When i am in the area again, I plan to stay again.

Brian was very responsive, welcoming, and friendly. My favorite part's were the beautiful large, covered deck, outdoor kitchen and the nice hot water and steam in the bath house. Great place to retreat to for a few relaxing days.

It was just as described. The inside was clean, the beds were comfy, & it had lots of useful items available! The creek was perfect for the kids to play in. Nice quiet location.

BEAUTIFUL farm and a great place to unplug and connect with nature. amy is very welcoming and accommodating. awesome place for a solo trip or a fun getaway with friends! there’s tons of amazing hiking all around the area.

Tracy was very welcoming and responsive. I enjoyed my short stay and would most certainly come again. What I loved most about the stay is that it felt right at home. We had everything we needed inside of the camper and did not have to stop anywhere to get anything in addition to what was provided. Very peaceful stay. Exceeded my expectations. 10/10 recommend !

Rhonda has been the best host I had in more than 5 years, she accommodated us with every request we had and gave us recommendations for places around that were amazing. Getting carrots for the deer is a must do if you have kids (she told us ahead of time). My kids still talks about it. Overall, a great place to stay and experience the campers life in the woods.

My third time staying and this time we brought our train loving kiddos and they were on cloud 9 exploring all the nooks and crannies of the train car! We also thoroughly enjoyed our chat with Adrienne in the flower garden!!

After a long day of hiking, this was the perfect place to rest for the night! The bath house and bathrooms were so nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable! Such a cozy, sweet environment and a beautiful little natural bridge a short walk or drive from the camper! Will definitely be coming back!
