Excellent hosts, always attentive and available to needs, despite having had inconveniences due to the weather they arrived in our aid quickly, very friendly both, I recommend 100% pleasant experience, it is an excellent quiet place for family coexistence, it has everything to spend a super pleasant weekend, we will certainly become frequent clients. A very great experience for our large family of 15. We had a little hiccup the first night due to water/pressure situation, but Osvaldo was able to clear things up quick and we were able to manage through the days. A reminder that we are very spoiled in the US. We were out quite a bit but really enjoyed the home and pool the last day. Lydia was amazing and can’t say enough about how sweet and helpful she was throughout our stay. We would definitely plan another stay with Osvaldo if we come out again.

Excellent location, large and clean. 35 minutes from downtown Tepotzotlán, many stops around. We liked the stay, we basically used it to sleep.

Everything is super good with the host, super clean and recommended super attentive in the facilities, 100% recommended if you want to disconnect from the city for a few days.

Nice spot for relaxing or a party

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, the house is beautiful, cozy, and quiet. My furry also enjoyed it, ran, played and slept a loose paw. Thank you because we felt right at home. The host was very nice, gave us the full information of the place. We'll see you again. Thank you!

everything was perfect, nice designed house with equipments. Entertainment room was wonderful. owner was so kind and very fast to help. Just one thing not perfect was room temperature. It was too cold with 18 degrees. Though they repaired boiler on the 2nd day, some rooms were still cold.

The truth is that Mr. Felipe always had the attention with us, the treatment was quick and for sure, his house is super comfortable for 8 people, I don't know if they fit more but it is the space for us all to be at ease. We rent their home for an event we had, but we certainly feel like coming back to enjoy the house more; there are many food places in the area, to eat there, to prepare and for dinner , I definitely recommend it

The house is very nice, as seen in the photos. Ana Julia was always attentive and supported us in everything. The only detail we found is that the hot water lasts very little when bathing.
