Spacious house, two parking spaces. Located very close to downtown (10 kms.) in one of the most traditional neighborhoods. 30minute to Bernal, close to vineyards. Beautiful view

For families only, the house is not suitable for parties. The house is in a colony located a 10-minute drive from the center and a 20-minute walk. It is a closed street, the pool is private, it is not very big but it is excellent for a good time. The house is located in a developing colony. And since Tequisquiapan is still a village, some families still have chickens, cows, goats etc. if you're ready for this... this is your choice.
