A wonderful place to spend 3 nights on the edge of the New Forest. Fabulous accommodation. Private, quiet and superb barn which was really well appointed with great facilities including a separate spa room solely for our use. Chris was a lovely host, great communication before, during and after our stay.

A lovely stay for a family birthday. The place is charming and Victoria is a great host. The house feels incredibly homely and the decorations are lovely. The kitchen was definitely are favourite- and easy to cook a lovely roast in there! Would happily host another family event there in the future

If I could give extra stars beyond the 5 star rating, I really would. Hillary's AirBnB is beautiful, exactly what my wife and I needed and agreed it was one of the best places we've stayed at via AirBnB. Hillary allowed for an early check-in, was really communicative being friendly and helpful whenever we did communicate. Cannot recommend enough!

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children- age 6 and 2), and the accommodation was perfect for us. The sleeping situation worked well for us due to the age of our children. The location was easy to get to, close to lots of local towns, close to some really great local pubs with good food and it was quiet. The old dairy is in the grounds of where the host lives and Andrea and her family were all very welcoming and friendly. The outside area of the dairy looks directly out onto the field where horses, sheep, emus and guinea fowls etc roam and this was just amazing. It was lovely sitting on the seats just watching the animals, our children absolutely loved this and Andrea left us some biscuits and carrots to feed the horses and sheep which was so exciting for the children to do each morning and evening. We would absolutely recommend it here, and hope to return for another stay ourselves.

Judi could not have been more helpful or warm with a homemade lemon cake on our arrival and colorful chocolate eggs in an Easter basket on dining table. Bathrooms have state of the art fixtures, very clean with lovely views over the green fields. The Beehouse is quiet and had lots of activities in and outdoors with games and toys for young guests. Delightful spot with unparalleled views! We very much appreciated Judi’s flexibility for our check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is fantastic, so peaceful tucked away in the little collection of cottages. Couldn’t be happier, will definitely come back.

Lovely last minute night away - The bungalow was very spacious, clean and the beds were very comfy Perfect for my 2 year old daughter and our dog - the front and back was secure so we could relax. We enjoyed the mini jammie dodgers ;) thanks Paula. Highly recommend x

It's in an amazing location, and the cottage is full of character. Benjamin was very responsive. We loved our stay, and my daughter's highlight was meeting Benjamin's ponies.

We had a relaxing and peaceful weekend in the shepherd hut! We woke up to see wildlife and especially pheasants strolling past our door. It was well located near lymington.

The Granary offered a weekend of total relaxation following my birthday. The home matches the beautiful photos and oozes charm and comfort. The cabin was easy to find and the instructions sent over were very clear. I was welcomed with a lovely hamper with local treats as well as a welcome book with lots of recommendations. I was delighted to spend time reading in the mezzanine, sitting on the patio listening to the sounds of the birds, taking a sunset dip in the hot tub and stargazing at night. My only note is that prior to my arrival, I had enquired about the additional perks however, this was not followed up on. It was slightly disappointing but did not take away from my experience. All in all, I had a fantastic time and would be delighted to return!

We had a lovely short stay at Kevin’s where we were looked after well and always felt very welcome and comfortable, the little oak lined beach is a real treat for some peaceful time if you go exploring. The farm itself has interesting buildings and nooks and crannies, with nature and pets never far away. We were greeted each day with a peacock call and a freshly cooked breakfast with fresh coffee-bliss! Thank you Kevin and team, see you again. Ian and Jo

The Chocolate Box Cottage is literally just that - right out of a photo on a box of chocolates and lived up to the expectations. Amanda was a great host, from her initial communication, giving us early access to drop our bags off, exceptionally accomodating with our requests, checking in with us whilst we were at the Cottage and even making sure we had made it home safe. And the (many!) little touches upon arrival including a hamper with goodies, continental breakfast, drinks in the fridge, & so on really helped elevate the stay for us. And the bench at the Telephone Box Library opposite helped stretch out sitting in the sunshine enjoying drinks well into the evening sunset :-). The village the cottage is in is beautiful, tiny and exceptionally peaceful with a great pub and coffee shop both within a very quick 10 mins walking distance. And the surrounding villages have pretty much everything else you would need. A lovely stay, and would happily return.

We had a magical stay at this idyllic riverside cottage in the heart of the New Forest. Perfect for our family of five (including a baby), it was peaceful, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed. The kids loved swimming in the river, spotting horses and birds, and exploring the local country parks. Gorgeous walks started right from the cottage, and the nearby pub served delicious food with a warm welcome. Ana was a great host who greeted us with freshly made sour dough bread. We felt completely immersed in nature but still close to the charm of the local town. A truly special place to slow down, recharge, and make memories—can’t recommend it enough. Five stars!

We enjoyed our break at the cottage, beautiful home in beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful but also close to amenities when needed. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Well we found an absolute gem in Francis as a host. So responsive & welcoming straight from the off. This was the perfect ending to our honeymoon & we had a lovely night sleep after a very long day of travelling. The annexe was lovely & cosy & absolutely spotlessly clean. All the instructions left were clear & easy to understand. Francis was so helpful & went above & beyond in accommodating any requests. We just wish we could have stayed longer! I would 100% recommend staying here & hope we can come again in the future.

Claire and Christopher were incredible hosts! Their little home from home was perfect for our family of four. It was very well set up, kitted out kitchen perfect for any type of cooking, cozy space, and lovely surroundings. We especially loved exploring the fields and the kids loved the chickens and dogs! The hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a countryside experience with all the comforts of home.

We had a beautiful stay in the new forest lodge. The surrounds of the property are beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. The lodge is large, with plenty of space and everything that you would need. Martin is a great host, great at communicating ahead of the stay. The hot tub is lovely, was clean and a perfect addition to the weekend.

I had the most wonderful, restful, stay at Sue's little cottage! The view is spectacular, rain or shine. The space has everything you would need for a long or short stay. It's a quick, enjoyable, walk into town. The train/cab system is quite easy. I wish I had more time to stay and explore. Bradford on Avon was the perfect get away from the city, and was so beautiful at Christmas time. The food scene was wonderful. I also was able to visit Bath, even with the train systems being down. I recommend having a car if you want to explore more isolated parts of the country -- which i would do next time. Can't recommend enough and so look forward to staying again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Matthew’s house for my best friends hen do. The house was beautiful, great location and Matthew was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and return to this house!

This was our second visit and it was just as beautiful and cosy as the first time. Although we didn’t get to see Hayley this time as she was away her self, she took the time to stay in contact to make sure we had everything we needed.
