Adolfo's apartment is very comfortable for one or two people. I had to work remotely for a few days and the WiFi connection worked perfect. Adolfo was aware of what I needed at all times. Yes they should note that it is 4 flights by stairs that must be climbed to get there.

What's not to love about this apartment? The location is amazing directly on the Plaza Mayor, Spain's prettiest square and the heat of the city. Great restaurants, close to ask the cultural experiences that Madrid offers and access to fun neighborhoods. The apartment was lovely, beds comfortable and the space will appointed. it's definitely stay here again.

Best Location in town! Walking distance to everywhere!! The price is perfect for a longer stay! If you what to get involved into a local context and get the experience of its heritage this beautiful building and detailed decoration is the best place. Is like an small hotel where every room has everything you need and a bit more you will feel right at your relatives home. Its historic ambience is marvelous!

Compact but cozy studio had everything we needed to explore (and retreat for downtime/rest) from Malasana. Such an energetic area with grocery, bars, restaurants, bakeries close and so many options for all tastes and budgets. We think this is the best area to stay in Centro Madrid and these apartment hotels will be perfect for many travelers! Close to metro stops and easy to navigate. Quiet side street at nighttime. Slept peacefully. Bed was comfy, basic kitchen and washing needs met, bathroom rain shower and towel warming rack were unexpected luxuries. Having management on site for most of the hours was helpful and we felt secure and well supported should we need anything. They let us checkin early but also would have held our bags if needed. Would certainly stay again.

A small but very cozy apartment for 3 people, with good natural light in the dining room and with beautiful decor. The reception by Jean un 10, received us a little before the scheduled time, with clear and concise information about all the operation of the apartment and very kind. The situation is unbeatable in the Chueca neighborhood, very close to Gran Vía and all the necessary services. Maybe it's a noisy street on the weekend, but it's totally normal for its central location. The only point to improve would be that some utensils are missing for the day to day, such as: kettle, toaster, tablecloth, cups for coffee and that the extractor in the kitchen did not work. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend it!

I stayed here for a total of 3 months, in two different rooms. Everything I needed was available in the apartment. The 40-minute break of the air conditioner every 2 hours caused a bit of a problem when it was cold, but the room was heating up quickly when it was turned on. Everything was quite clean and comfortable. While the neighborhood was bad in terms of spending time, it was safe. It's very close to two metro lines, so I was able to easily get anywhere I wanted. The streets can be noisy at night, especially because there are bars nearby on the weekend, but this was no problem for me. Supermarkets like Lidl and Dia nearby, there are no problems with shopping. When you have an issue, you can reach Ramon quickly and help you with the issue. I felt very much at home and safe during my stay here. It's a small place for two people to stay, but I would definitely recommend it for a single person.

Easy access place, metro, supermarkets nearby, bakeries in the end what was necessary was inside the place, we were a week and we felt it very good , for the kitchen just what was needed. It was worth it to spend in Ramón's apartment.
