Great host and great staff on site, and they even have bike rentals which made it super easy for everything

Overall, the house is good, and my friends stayed for three days, the environment is very quiet, the house facilities are also very new, the only drawback is that it is too far from the sea and the city. The nearest 711 also takes 10 minutes by car.

Spotted loads of stars at night and a peaceful neighbourhood. But as a group that did not drive and was taking bolt everywhere, the location was slightly inconvi. Everything was a distance from the place. All of us thought it was an amazing, clean and brightly lit house with swimming pool which we utilised. We were thankful that the housekeeper did our laundry on one of the day. However, for our last laundry, it was not/miscommunicated to us that it was not done due to the electricity and water cut off and they don’t work on weekends. Our laundry was left there until we went into the laundry room to pick it up ourselves before we leave. Lyn checks in on us everyday via the app and response fast ! She responds fast even before our trip started. Overall, we still love the house though. Amazing stay as a group

We had a great stay at Pam's villa and we highly recommend it! We wanted to go back to Phuket for a 9 days trip but this time chose Bang Tao as we would be close both to the beach and Bang Tao muay thai. We appreciated being 3 minutes away by walk from training 2 hours a day and a great lunch place Kambo, 10 minutes from the beach and just seconds away from Pam's many massage places. The house was very comfortable with plenty of space and we also appreciated the washing machine. Massage was wonderful as we needed it almost everyday after training. The beach is very pleasant as it's far less crowded than poopular ones like Patong. Pam was very responsive and very helpful.

This was our second stay in the Surin Beach area and we found the Surin Park accommodations to be close to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk), near several good restaurants, a 2 minute walk to a scooter rental office (YoBike), and easy access to local shopping market (Tops, sort of like a 7-Eleven). The condo was fine. Everything worked as it should and the cleaning crew did a good job prior to our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find the management company arranged for a mid-week cleaning which was done while we were out making that experience seamless as well. The patio opening to the pool was a very convenient and the washer, located on the ground floor adjacent to the fitness room, worked fine but, to be honest, local laundry services are easy and inexpensive so you might just go there instead. Overall, we're very satisfied with our experience!

We spent a week at Bee’s place as a group of 5. The villa was of a very high quality and layout meant that each group could have their private area. Would return. One thing to note is that you need to rent a car or a scooter to get around. Thank you again Bee & family

The house is absolutely stunning and the movie room downstairs and the comfy couches and the view was 100/10. It's very set up for nightly visitors so a tiny improvement would be to supply olive oil / salt and pepper and other basics as it made cooking a little inconvenient Would def stay here again!

This Villa was beautiful. Perfect for our family so we had space. The pool was amazing. We were very well looked after by the villa manager, Pat, and had daily cleans. Would highly recommend. Just be aware that all the bedrooms are anccessed from the main courtyard and aren’t accessible from the living room / house - something to keep in mind if you have younger children in the rooms on their own.
