The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice apartment. Lots of space and very clean. There is a nice balcony with a great view of the area. The gym and pool are very good as well. I have stayed here a few times now and Huong has always been responsive and helpful

The apartment was very nice and we felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean and nice from the kitchen to bathroom to the sleeping area. Unfortunately, only the dishes were a bit dirty but half as wild. Unfortunately, it is further away from the old town, but easily accessible by scooter (about 10-15 min drive) We were very pleased and happy to recommend.

PentPlex apartment was very well kept and clean. The owners response to any message was quick and instructions for check in very clear. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and had a great restaurant at ground level. Within walking distance to a large high end plaza where a variety of restaurants were also located. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Apartment came with all those little extras that just make the stay all that much easier. From USB power ports to all your kitchen needs as well as washing/dryer with detergent included. Very happy to recommend.

After many business and tourism in Hanoi. This is where I feel worth the money I pay the most for this trip. I rent two bedrooms, and everything here is great (big room, big bed, nice furniture, big light, wide toilet, full kitchen utensils) - this is very suitable place for family with children. The location of this airbnb is very convenient to get around places such as the old town, the walking street and close to famous restaurants. I am very satisfied to stay here, will definitely rent again on my next trip in Hanoi

Unique place in an incredible location. Hard to believe you can find a quiet and peaceful place in one of the busiest parts of the city, but you find that here. The balcony is the highlight… great place to relax with coffee or a drink. Like any “tiny house,” there are some quirks (showering is a bit of an adventure), but it is definitely a place I’d recommend.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi, this is it! It is close to everything, very secure and felt like home. We stayed for 16 days and would definitely stay here again. Yes, there is street noise, but Hanoi IS street noise! Our street at home is almost silent at night, but I had no problem sleeping. Well, except for when Vietnam won the soccer 😆I have never heard such immense happiness and cheering! We were privileged to share a meal with Ngoc and her family and cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality. The day before we left, Ngoc prepared tea and snacks for us with the most delicious little onions I have ever eaten! We had everything we needed, and Ngoc or her son were always on hand if we had a question or wanted information. It felt like home and I was SO sad to leave Ngoc, but I know have gained a beautiful friend 💕

Prior to the trip, Veque Villa had provided options to do pick up & drop off at the airport for a fee - fuss free arrangements. Before check in day, they had also reached out to check what time we will be reaching the apartment to ensure things are in place. Clear and simple instructions were provided on how to best locate the apartment. Once we entered the compound, we were greeted by the super friendly Ms Huong. She helped carried the lugagges up to the 3rd floor and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. The place was spick & span and exactly how it was portrayed in the photos. Big windows and plenty of light. Spotless! Our stay was definitely elevated by this cosy apartment and kudos to Huong for always greeting us with her friendly demeanour - she literally brightened up my morning when I was checking out. 💯!!!

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

this property was in a great location out of the busy hustle and bustle of the city, and the view of the small lake was absolutely amazing, so peaceful at night. I would highly recommend NOT staying here during New years, as they play extremely loud music early in the morning in the plaza throughout the day.

nice, comfortable place to walk the lake

The apartment is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The apartment is centrally located so as expected for the centre of Hanoi there is some street noise but the hosts kindly provided ear plugs. They also very kindly provided a free clean during our stay and delicious coffee. Highly recommend, perfect start to our holiday!

Very friendly host. We were met by the host who showed us are the unit. Everything we needed was provided, with some extras thrown in. Very thoughtful. There’s a security guard on the ground level who helped us with our luggages. Location is quite centralised. Walking distance to many places of interest. Easy to get Grab to places further away. You can still hear some traffic noises as it’s quite close to a main intersection but we liked it cos this is Hanoi!

transportation, reasonable prices

The apartment is quite large - plenty of seating in the living space and comfy. We walked nearly everywhere but Grab was easy and inexpensive as well. We were here for the Lunar Chinese New Year - it was super busy, then super quiet. We saw the fireworks from the balcony it was gorgeous. Everything was good.

Mr Ngoc is very responsive to any requests of mine and timely response too. He is dedicated and trustworthy as far as his service is concerned
