Holiday rentals in Thanh Khê District

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is located on a local street. It is a bit away from the tourist area, but it gives off a charming local vibe. The house itself is very spacious, unique and beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor and a dance studio with a sauna on the third floor. The rooftop view was refreshing and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The host was exceptionally responsible and very active in communication. I have never encountered a host who replied to my messages as quickly as she did. She was also very helpful and provided helpful information about the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped spot with a local touch in Da Nang, you won’t regret booking this accommodation.

We like Khoa's Apartment. Its room and bathroom are reasonable size, accessible via lift to the 5th floor. Theres also access to rooftop to dry cloth for longer stays. It is near to several attractions and malls (less than 100k dong via Grab) and actually walkable within 30 mins if you don't mind. Apart from what Khoa's recommended, we also discovered a nearby massage, a thrift shop and also a barbeque buffet (unfortunately closed on the eve of Chinese New Year). Overall, we like our stays especially during the January winter.

The host - Mr. Thảo was very awesome, thoughtful and helped us a lot. The villa is luxurious and full of amenities, we were very comfortable. The pool is big, clean and especially not used a lot by others. The villa is at the downtown and inside a high-quality residential area, very quiet and secure around there. Outside the streets are very lively and have other utilities. The place is also very close to Han market and the Chicken Church, aside from that you can walk to the Con market, a very lively market. Very satisfying and worth your money.

Lisa is very responsive to any questions that were asked. IThis is my family's first trip to Da Nang and she helped us to find a driver for driving us to different tourist places. We do appreciate her hospitality greatly. We will definitely be back to her place for our next trip.

What a wonderful place! The house is beautifully furnished with luxury items. you can find everything you need in this house. the house has 3 bedroom and 5 bathroom, including a modern sauna room, which give us a relaxing time. Tammy, Jaycee and their maids are also friendly! love them so much highly recommended

I booked Nicolas’s place for a family vacation (6 people). The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, the view from 30 floor is really nice. My family arrived pretty early (around 8:30AM) and Nicolas still support us to check-in early (around 10:00AM) & we really appreciate that. Rooms are neat & clean, towels & kitchenware are always ready to use. The space is also near to the airport, surrounding with Winmart, good coffee and really nice Bún bò & Mì quảng. Definitely, we are happy & will recommend Nicolas place for friends. Btw, if you don’t know where to find good food, ask Nicolas & he will share you tons of options. 6 Vietnamese has approved his recommendations ^^
