Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Thanyaburi District

Hi I have stayed in your place from August 14-17. First thing the owner Sakda was very nice, accomodating, and quick to respond to AirBNB. The reception staff was very helpful as well even helped me to unlock my locks when I lost the keys. My room was cozy and small but very clean, quiet and has a good airconditioning. I would suggest also if you could provide slippers in the room. It is a great place to stay, sleep and rest in Rangsit Area where you have good walking distance to the restaurants and street food, clothes market, massage, ZEER RANGSIT IT Market and DMK Airport and reachable by tuktuk and Grab/Gobike. I will definitely go back and book again and recommend this place to friends, family and acquaintances. Thank you for having me and God bless.

It can't get any better! Apartment great, location great, hostess great. She is really available at all times, quick response, very nice, friendly, helpful and take care. She solved every problem quickly, every wish she fulfilled as promptly as possible - incredible efforts she has always given herself. This is such a convenient place to stay especially when you're someone like me who will go to the impact arena area. It is very walking distance and convenient to go home to. It is also near Cosmo Bazaar which has food options. The place is spacious enough and very clean! It has good amenities too. 7-11 is also just right infront of the building entrance which is very convenient. All in all, I'd recommend this place and would love to come back. Very well placed food and pharmacy close by Big rooms

Cute little unit. Host was very prompt and helpful assisting with navigation and amenities.

Enjoyed the stay and felt very safe. Benny is very communicative provided local restaurants/bars as suggestions as well as local grocery stores and made sure I felt comfortable.

Benny is such a wonderful and helpful host! I really enjoyed staying here. The house looked bigger than the pictures and it is well equipped. The pool is very well maintained and high quality. There are shops nearby in walking distance. I highly recommend Benny's place!

Benny was outstanding and very helpful. The pool which I used twice during my 5 days was great. Great views especially at night. I used the kitchen everything fine there. Air Con strong. Room nicely decorated but room to do some work on laptop and convivence stores and 7-11 across the street. Overall, very nice stay in a Thai part of Bangkok next to River. Purple line to go to downtown like ICONSIAM shopping center and see some fantastic shops and sites downtown. Or just refer to the board on the wall in your room that Benny has showing top Bangkok events and how to go. I have a very nice stay and would stay here again. Great service, clean safe place larger than I thought and great views good amenities.

I have had the pleasure of staying with Benny twice! He is EXCEPTIONAL!! I can’t say enough amazing things about him, the property and the location! The market and 7/11 are so convenient! Train is a very short walk and there are so many things to do in the area. Benny is AMAZING at giving recommendations on where to go and what to do. He called and made reservations for me at the gym and a rooftop restaurant which was tremendously helpful! Everywhere he recommended I was welcome with open arms. I got sick with a cold while there and not only did he go out of his way to make sure I was ok but also took time out his day to bring me a purifier! He went above and beyond a typical host and I am truly grateful! If I ever return I will be using one of his many properties. In fact, he rearranged things to extend my stay the first time which he didn’t have to do. Benny is a wonderful host and his property is amazing! He is beyond a SUPERHOST! My advice is to book with Benny!
