Book this place!!! I can’t say enough great things, and like other reviews said the pictures don’t do it justice! You can feel the love Rochelle put into the property to make it incredible. Great location, beautiful backyard with stunning gardens. Next time we are in Turks we will be staying here!

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Flame Tree! The property was exactly as expected—quiet, peaceful, and a perfect retreat. While a few minor items were missing (like a can opener) or broken (such as an umbrella), Eric was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The beds were quite spacious but not the most comfortable. However, Eric’s flexibility with check-in and check-out made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ll especially miss the delicious croissants and stunning sunrises. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book one of his properties again if I return to the island!.

We loved our time at Nina and Dale’s place. The location was perfect, walkable to a beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants. The Airbnb was really nice and clean. It was well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. Nina and Dale were always quick to respond with any questions/issues we had. We would definitely come back and stay!

OMG where do I start?? From the moment we walked in and greeted by Patricia we felt right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything possible pertaining to the house and our surroundings. You could literally feel the Love and Peace flowing through this home. Everything is labeled so you don’t have to wonder. Beach is very close. Few minutes walk. When I tell you it was squeaky clean. I mean the attention to detail is immaculate. The last thing I want to absolutely empathize is how comfortable the beds were in every room. Literally felt like you were sleeping on clouds😴 ☁️☁️☁️.. I have insomnia so I really appreciate how far Turks Haven Villas went to ensure comfortable accommodations. Thank you again for a lovely stay.. and a place to call home away from home. What a fantastic stay at Coco Breeze! We had an amazing experience here, the pictures don’t do justice. Private yard and pool area with BBQ made it ideal for evening dining outdoors. We slept like babies in the quiet surroundings and were soo close to everything in town, not to mention the beautiful grace bay beach. We will definitely be back next year to stay again! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. Especially the pool and peaceful setting. Our host promptly communicated when there were minor issues, and was very accommodating. We hope to visit, again.

Paradise Found: An Unforgettable Stay at Brighter Days Villa 🌴 From initial contact and the entirety of our stay, Thashena was a phenomenal host. She responded quickly and was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. She allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to our check in time, which was wonderful. This villa was simply breathtaking! Very safe & secure, offering easy access to grocery stores & activities a short drive away. The home is settled on Flamingo Lake, offering the most peaceful & idyllic setting imaginable. Easy to disconnect from everyday worries. We were greeted by spectacular sunrises & sunsets painting the sky in vibrant hues, often enjoying them from the wrap around deck. There are astounding views from every room. We cooked breakfast & dinner often, taking advantage of the fully stocked kitchen. Our favorite host recommendations: Cocovan, Bugaloo’s, Omar’s, Las Brisas, Somewhere Café, Taylor Bay, Sapodilla Bay, & Sunset Beach. Truly a gem.

The atmosphere is calm and inviting, with plenty of natural light and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Ideal for anyone seeking luxury and tranquility by the sea. Highly recommend!

Raify and his family are wonderful hosts, the apartment is very clean and fully equipped, beach chairs and a cooler were provided to fully enjoy your the most beautiful beaches on the planet. The hosts are very helpful and responsive, they did everything to ensure my comfort during my stay, in addition to the recommendations they propose in case I needed. I recommend without hesitation!!

Candice’s home was beautiful, spacious, and immaculate. The master suite looked like something out of a magazine! We appreciated the beach umbrella, chairs, and towels for the nearby beaches. Candice responded quickly to any questions, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and beaches.

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is welcoming and homey with a stylish eclectic style. We were welcomed by David's wife, Amanda, who said "they are here when we need them and not 'here' when we don't": They're in a guest house on the opposite side of the driveway, but gone most of the day so we rarely saw them. We mostly communicated through Airbnb and David was very responsive, answering questions and offering recommendations. The screened-in porch feels very private and is the perfect place for meals and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked breakfast every morning) and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area is nice—it wasn’t warm enough for us to swim—and there’s an outdoor shower. We felt safe in the “gated” community, enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood in the morning, and loved the proximity to the beach (but it is SMALL). We highly recommend Cocodemer!

Ann was an excellent host. I felt well informed and supported from the time I booked the property for my birthday until we departed. The location is beautiful and spacious. My travel companions and I had a memorable time in TCI. Ann’s place felt like a “home away from home”. We’ll definitely book with Ann again in the near future.

Rockenson and Lucnise’s AirBnB was exceptional. Our host was helpful in many ways and engaged in conversation every day to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Even accommodated us with a last minute late checkout arrangement. The location itself was incredible; peaceful and safe! Highly recommend this property if you plan on visiting.

Great location walkable to restaurants and town. In a residential neighborhood 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the beach with free parking. Would recommend to anyone on a short or long term stay.

The stay was perfect. The pool was a wonderful amenity after a day at the beach. Sylvain also had beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler, and snorkeling gear to use which was a major plus for us. We rented a car, but ended up walking into town a lot. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to town and Grace Bay Beach. The perfect location if you don’t have a car and don’t mind a little bit of a walk. Coco Bistro was very close by as well, which we enjoyed for dinner. Overall highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at Lisa’s place it is in a very nice neighborhood. Very spacious and nicely decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. Super comfy couch and bed also good shower pressure and hot water. The porch was massive and nice to sit outside. The place is close to all that Grace Bay has to offer.

We had a great 5 night getaway with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Laura and her property manager (Ariel) were very responsive and helped provide everything we needed for the trip, including 2 high chairs and 2 travel cribs. The villa was perfectly situated within walking distance to the main Grace Bay strip and grocery store. We would walk through a shortcut via Castaways restaurant - like other reviews mentioned, the gravel road leading up to the gates were VERY bumpy but relatively easy to walk through with kids / strollers. We felt safe at all times and the patio was very peaceful. Everyone in the nearby properties were also very friendly. We would 100% stay again.

This villa was absolutely gorg!!!! The views were breathtaking and the roof with the pickleball court was such a nice touch. You are very close to restaurants and the beach. I would def stay here again. I would def recommend renting a car but just know the streets are rough and they drive on the opposite side from the US. Over all it was a great vacay . Thanks Terri for being super responsive and being such a great host

The property is very well located and has great sea view. Nice Caribbean house with a personal touch, bedrooms are on both ground and first floor, plenty of common space and large terraces. Internet connection was very fast for Provo standards. Although the house is not very new and some details might need fixing, overall impression was very pleasant. Some minor hiccups upon our arrival were compensated by Robin's kind and friendly attitude.

The view from the villa is beautiful. It is well appointed, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with many essentials. They have laundry facilities although we did not use them, we had intended to and then didn’t need to. The view of Chalk Sound is stunning and the beaches within walking distance are definitely the best on the island. We loved the beaches that were close by. Chantal and Dave have chairs and coolers for use at the beach which was wonderful. You definitely need a rental car as it is quite remote from most of the restaurants. Las Brisa’s is right next door which was very handy and we did eat there are few times. The first night on the island we ate there and the food was wonderful. Our next few experiences there were not as good and we wished we hadn’t continued to go back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, it was very relaxing for our family
