My friends and I were headed to New Orleans but all our flights were canceled so we had to pivot plans pretty quickly. We booked this air bnb the same day we had to check into it and the hosts were incredibly understanding and responsive. They made it easy to have a good time! I would stay at this location again!

Beautiful & extremely clean place, hard to find places that clean anymore. Just to be clear it is a 2 bedroom/2 bed Airbnb. 5 minute walk to Subway. Would definitely stay again !

We had a great stay at this place. The host was very flexible for an early check in. The weather was very cold that week and he accommodated us with an early check in. The place was pristine and very well maintained. We would certainly recommend and return again.

Bryan is the accurate definition of Super Host! He was very easy to get in touch with, communicated well, and provided excellent service. His Air BnB was one of the finest stays that I’ve had! It was a quaint but lovely place with a sunken floor and area for the kitchen and laundry room. The ambiance was wonderful and all of the amenities went far and beyond my expectations. The location of the Air BnB was close to shopping centers and in a nice neighborhood. I highly recommend his place to anyone seeking for an optimal experience.

Mercedes was great, always available for questions, in which I had several for her which didn’t have anything to do with the apartment, but she was very helpful and nice. For me the apartment was cold once I mentioned it to Mercedes she actually went and furnished a second heater just for my comfort, I am very anemic so me and cold always have problems. Everything else was great.

A great stay at Ave. Wonderful facility. Modern with great amenities. The staff were excellent. Personable and incredibly customer service focused. Just made the stay all the better. Recommend highly and commend all the staff for being top notch - from the front facing professionals to those behind the scenes keeping the place clean and operating smoothly. A great team! We will stay again when we have a longer-term stay. Thanks all!

Magdalena's Place is way better than expected. The place is large enough for our family of 6. We bedrooms are beautiful and spacious specially on Masters Bedroom who has own toilet and bath. The Kitchen is complete and has all the things we need. The living room is great and we can walk around with no issue on space. The sorrounding is also very peaceful and have nearby dunkin and burger king and pharmacy/grocery store where we buy our foods that we cooked. The place is near bus station and just 20-30 minutes away to New York. Over-all , the place is recommended for family of 6 to max of 8 pax who wants to explore New York and location wise it's very strategic. Spent our Christmas 2024 in David's place and had a wonderful cozy time. David is helpful with all our needs, it was our family's first time in Jersey/New York, he patiently responded to all my queries. There's a huge park nearby, peacful place to walk around. Many restaurants and big groceries nearby. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the home's extra provision on necessities is an added bonus. Thank u once again!
