Holiday rentals with a fireplace in The Glebe, Ottawa

Mazba’s place was so beautiful and peaceful! We really enjoyed staying here, and had some great moments sitting by the fireplace. It was a lovely, spacious, and clean home, and I noticed the floors were also heated as well which was amazing. The neighbourhood is so quiet too!

The place was perfect for our 4 night stay. Everything was as described and the book about that house explained the house, expectations and amenities perfectly. Easy access and parking too! Would definitely stay again!

My kids enjoyed the place. they find toys and all that they needs to play. we also love the place, everything was clean and beautiful. We can wait to come again! Thank you very much!

We are a group of three couples and this was our second visit to Chelsea over the MLK weekend. Last time, we stayed in a hotel. This time we saved a huge amount of money staying right next to the hotel! With three bedrooms and two full baths, the house was perfectly suited for our group. The mudroom/entryway was very helpful to have in the snowy, cold weather. Alain was extremely hospitable. He reached out to warn us about making sure the rental car could handle snow. He even had set up a fire in the fireplace - all we needed to do was light it. Very walkable to incredible restaurants and the spa. Highly recommend visiting Chelsea and staying at Alain's place.

Great space that provided everything we needed. Simple to get to and easy check in. Definitely on our top 3 spots to stay at in the area. Warm and cozy home feel.

Maria’s house was very clean, easy to locate and in a great location, loads of shops and restaurants close by. Maria was very reachable and was easy to communicate to.

Jasmin's place is really great. It's on a quiet street, but only a 5-10 minute walk to a number of lovely restaurants on Elgin Street. It's convenient to the Canal Skateway in the winter. Having 3 separate bedrooms and a parking spot was a bonus for our family. I really appreciated Jasmin's responsiveness when we had questions and requested a slightly later checkout. Some of the furniture is a little old and the mattresses a bit firm, but it is a lovely spot and super nice for the price. We hope to come back to the same spot for more skating next winter!

Exactly as advertized. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Walking distance to the canal, shinney rink, great restaurants, pubs, downtown etc.

Very good stay. Charming small apartment in the basement, large and well appointed. A little out of the way but the bus is nearby. Calm neighborhood and very responsive hosts.

It was a comfortable unit with all the amenities I needed. Within walking distance to College Square Mall and Crystal View Lodge. The host responded promptly to my requests for teabags. Check-out instructions were clear. I'll definitely return if I visit Ottawa again. 😊👌

The place was cute, and very quiet. It is very well insulated, and we couldn’t hear any sounds coming from the hosts who do live upstairs. If I could make one suggestion though as this place is very dry, maybe a dehumidifier, or something to have it be not as dry as it was. Also we only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, so maybe some more toilet paper, and did run out, and maybe more towels as well. As 2 towels for 3 nights, 4 days is not enough in my opinion. Jaspreet was very responsive, and even recommended some great places to eat which we did try out. The TV was amazing, and worked well and has Netflix, and I was able to sign in to some of the other services I have as well. Was very close to where I was going for my son’s hockey tourney. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Great location if you want to enjoy both Ottawa and Gatineau's park! The appartment is consistent with the pictures. Clean, spacious, lots of storage space in the bedrooms, and the living room is bright.

Organized, great layout out, cozy/ comfy, walking distance to the canal (ice skating), trendy eatery’s, bars and local shops. Diane and Chris were great and very gracious in accommodating us. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The house was great for our group of friends that traveled up for the Ottawa Senators/New York Ranger game. Canadian Tire Center was less than 10 minutes away. The Barley Mow was a great restaurant close to the house. We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ahmed’s. It was perfect for our large group and the communication was great. Would recommended this spacious please to other larger groups!

A great place to stay that's close to the main roads but in a quiet side street. Beautiful location with all the space for a large group to stay comfortably. Everything is shiny and new and well stocked. Arian the host was super accommodating and went the extra mile to help us settle in. We'll definitely try to stay there again next year.

Rebecca is very friendly and kind. She does supports and provides anything I need during my staying. I feel really like I am home indeed while I am staying with her.

The bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed and a few meters away it counts with a private bathroom. The house is located in a new and quiet development. It is advisable to go with a car. Rollinz was a very courteous and immediate communication host for any inquiry. I will definitely be staying at her home again on my next trip to Ottawa. Absolutely recommend it!

Second time visiting here. A great family spot to get together with extended family. Pool and area are welcoming and fun. Lot’s of room for all 13 of us Large kitchen and dining area which is enjoyable as well as functional. Will look forward to another visit in the future
