Holiday rentals in The Gulch, Nashville

We were so very pleased with our stay at The Haven in Nashville. We felt very safe and secure being on the third level with all the amenities just outside our window. We felt comfortable walking to restaurants and we even walked all the way to Broadway. It is a hike though. Brandon has done a superb job making his airb&b feel like a home. He has provided everything you could want and need. He has a whole coffee station and multiple snacks to choose from. He was always very responsive to all our needs. I have stayed at multiple places and Brandon’s place is definitely at the top of my list of places to stay. We will definitely be back in the warmer weather months.

If you’re visiting Nashville this is the perfect location. Getting there was easy, valet parking was great, check in was smooth and they were very nice at the hotel. Walking distance to just about anything you want to do downtown. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this apartment! One of our best Airbnb’s yet and we travel a lot! It’s newer construction stand alone unit. Very spacious, bright, and convenient to all the Nashville sights. We had a rental car and appreciated our spacious private parking space. The bathroom is larger than typical with both a tub and shower. Loved: washer and dryer, 2 TV’s, new appliances and full kitchen, tall ceilings, king size bed, new towels, and entryway. The hosts live Nextdoor take care and are super nice and will restock anything requested. We stayed a week and were thrilled we rented this place. Important suggestion for Nashville tourist: parking costs are super high about $10 an hour. We parked for free every day in front of Nissan Stadium along the street and walked across the Pedestrian Bridge, only a 10 minute walk to Broadway. We saved hundreds of dollars with our free parking knowledge and are passing this fun fact on to you! Cannot do this on game day, however.

We stayed here on our last day of our cross-country road trip -- which just so happened to be on New Year's Eve. Dakota's place was the perfect stop and we loved the decor. We would definitely have stayed another night if we had the time! Highly recommend.

This was a perfect find for what I needed in Nashville - the apartment is in a new build set up for air b&b style shirt let’s so closest I have found to hotel style living yet not a sterile - the lobby and elevators are busy especially when events are on at the conference centre and arena! I think it adds to the vibe and I loved meeting the people The latch lock app is really easy to use - and all the “doors” are clearly labelled - the worst of technophobes would be fine - would pre download it (Justin sent the link very early so plenty of time) And make sure you do have charge on your phone! The gym is amazing - state of the art and a real bonus It snowed so can’t vouch for the pool but it looks smaller in the pictures. The unit itself is fantastic and such a good size, the hosts have thought of a lot to make it really easy to stay there - I slept like a baby as the bed was so cosy. I would definitely book this again. Thank you Justin and Carly for a really lovely stay 😊

Great spot close to Broadway! This spot was perfect for our long weekend away. 3 blocks to Broadway, which was a quick, easy, safe, walk back home. We Ubered to places that were farther away and most of the time the Uber was less than $10 per ride. The apartment was perfectly furnished, spotless and so cozy. We ended up deciding to drive and the parking pass was well worth it! Locked up parking garage with plenty of room and easy to get to from the elevators. We utilized the gym in the building and it was very clean and had everything you would need for a workout. The walls were pretty thin and able to hear the late night people coming home from the bars.. but that’s what I would expect in Nashville! I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back in the future!

This was a great place to stay for our short trip to Nashville! The place is a little small (perfect size for a couple), but cute and located in a very quiet neighborhood. A quick walk away from the Gulch, or a 20-30 min walk from Broadway which was easy enough, although I'd recommend an Uber if the weather isn't great. Loved the free and plentiful street parking! We would definitely stay here again!
