This lovely studio is attached to our property yet is totally private with its own entrance and parking. Lovely Corner Pantry Cafe is a 5 mins walk, shops a short drive. The space is very clean, quiet and well appointed with a mini kitchen, smart tv, free Wifi, flame effect heater, covered deck with webber bbq and a private area to sit outside under the trees. This self-contained cottage is located on a property in Merricks North, 10 minutes from the beach and Balnarring village and 15 minutes to Red Hill Wineries. The owners are on the property should you need anything, but you will be left to yourself and won't see the main house from the cottage.

Beautiful views ever changing from the 1 bedroom apartment in a complex with other apartments. Quiet location and 10 min walk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

Cosy and private one bedroom accommodation with additional living room perfect for that quite getaway. You will have access to the entire downstairs level of this property. The upstairs rooms are not accessible and no one will be there during your stay. There isn't a kitchen but basics like microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge are provided. There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.
