Irene's ace was perfect for our family of 4 visiting friends and family over the Christmas break.

We had a lovely stay. Quiet, cosy and clean, perfect to explore the Isle of Wight. Would absolutely stay again :-)

A beautiful character cottage which was as lovely as the photographs. A spacious open plan kitchen/ dining area and a cosy living room with a wood stove. Bedrooms had very comfortable beds and it was spotless and well equipped throughout. Beaulieu is a beautiful tiny village, surrounded by lovely walks and has places of interest and a choice of good restaurants within a short driving distance. There is no mobile signal on some networks which is great if you want to get away from it all, but worth noting there is a coin operated working phone box across the road if you need to check in with family etc. Matthew was a really attentive host who provided clear information and responded quickly to any queries. It's a lovely place to stay if you are celebrating a special occasion.

A really cute and cozy place for upto 4 people. You have the entire place to yourselves and the house has every amenity you would need. The kitchen is fabulous, there's TVs in every bedroom and bonus points for having a cool selection of DVDs if you're all staying in like we did. The view in front of the house is also really beautiful - you get to see the creek. In summers I suppose this would be even more beautiful. It's a very quiet area and we had a really nice time here.

Alexandra’s house was our home away form home! Beautiful house, so clean and comfortable, perfect location, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Would love to come back. Alexandra gave us some terrific recommendations too and we enjoyed many of them during our stay. Thoroughly recommend!

This is our second time staying in this property. We feel like we are at home. Everything is perfectly fine. Great location, walkable to town and very close to the railway station. Moreover, Phillips is one of the best host. He is very friendly and always kind. His response is fast. We are very grateful for his kindness. Thank you Phil for hosting us again!

We had a great time at Donna’s place. Donna was very responsive from the get go and answered all my queries proactively. We had no issues at check in and all rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen space was great, we loved the dining room table for morning breakfast. Katherine's place was perfectly situated 10 mins walk from Salisbury City Centre and she kindly arranged permit parking for our two vehicles which was a real bonus. Salisbury is always a great place to visit with lots of pubs, cafes and places of interest. We would definitely recommend.

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

The perfect spot for a chichester getaway. Right in the centre of everything. The house was very clean and tidy and we hardly heard the road outside which was a concern before we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend Seb he was very helpful and checking with us to make sure everything was ok. He lives just around the corner so when we had a problem he was there sorting it out for us. The house itself is very nice and comfy.

We had a lovely stay in Salisbury. The location is perfect, really close to the centre of town but still peaceful and cosy. It had everything we needed and great restaurants/coffee shops nearby too. Definitely recommend to anyone for a relaxing break in Salisbury.

A very handy location for the Red Funnel ferry with some great views of Cowes. I'd imagine the chain ferry view would keep children entertained for a while. It's not noisy though. A well appointed place. Very good communications from Amie too.

Very nice house with 4 separete bedrooms. Newly refurbished and beautifully styled and fully equipped. Very welcoming and with some fruit and snacks provide to us . Top value. Only backdraw perhaps is the shabby neighbour house. /Magnus, Olle, Peter and Janne from Sweden

We just spent 3 days at Sheila's place in Winchester. Our stay has been absolutely marvelous. It is so close to city centre, and it is extremely clean with all details attended to meticulously. And Sheila has been super responsive with all our requests. We certainly would recommend this place and we would revisit it for sure.

A beautiful house which is very well presented and spacious. The house is well equipped and felt like home straight away. Our 2 dogs loved having the back garden too and settled in well. It was lovely to arrive to a warm house which was decorated with a lovely Christmas tree ( we had arranged with Beth that we would be arriving after midnight due to a late crossing). A short walk into Cowes town centre. We had one minor issue which was promptly sorted by Beth.. The parking issue was not a problem as we could always park around the corner on the next road. Unloading the car was quite easy as the road is quiet with hardly any traffic. We normally stay in Ventnor or Shanklin. However, we loved our stay so much that we hope to visit again soon. Fantastic stay and lovely house, just a short walk (5-10mims) from Salisbury centre with excellent amenities and private parking. Our hosts were proactive in checking we had all we needed prior to our visit and even turned the heating on in anticipation of our arrival because of the cold weather. Small touches like this and our welcome pack of water and snacks made the stay more enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone visiting Salisbury for a lovely break we will be back without question. 🙂

A really lovely family home, with a super well equipped kitchen. Lovely bath and generous supply of warm water and heating! All rooms were very comfy and pleasant, the living room was a treat. Thank you for hosting us! We are looking forward to come again.

We had a great time at Palermo Villa. It's beautifully decorated and the perfect location for exploring Southsea Common, the seafront and some lovely Portsmouth bars and restaurants. Nicola is a great host, quick to respond to messages and the house is spotless! Highly recommend.
