Great stay in Fakarava, the hosts are very welcoming and the place very nice. The bungalows are naturally well ventilated thanks to their location. Bikes make it easy to get around. Almost nothing to complain about, apart from shower rooms that deserve to be a little cleaner, but it's not always obvious when they are shared spaces, hosts do everything possible. Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely stay at the pension! Located in the center of Faka and therefore ideal for getting around the different corners of the island with the bikes available! Jeremy and Laurence's hospitality, and their availability, are big extras!! Recommended

Nice B&B. For 1 night or maybe 2, perfect. Good situated near the center, supermarket, Diveshop. Beds were kind of hard for our opinion.

Thank you for everything, for the welcome and all the recommendations, I had a great stay at the Marama relay for my first solo trip, the common areas allow you to meet other guests and are kept clean, drinking water available to fill our gourds, the sound of the waves to lull us at night with the refreshing breeze, the very first Fakarava lighthouse in front of the ocean. Staying with Frédérique and JM was by far one of the best stays I’ve ever had. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. The catamaran and surroundings are fantastic and it’s easy enough to get ferried to shore and back. If diving i‘d recommend you find a shop that will pick you up from the boat, makes life easier. Frédérique is a fanatic chef too and I ate with them every night, I would highly recommend!!! All the best

Staying at Frederique’s catamaran in Fakarava was a dream. She is attentive, caring and has amazing cooking skills. The catamaran is extremely clean and rooms are very comfortable. Freddy went above and beyond to make me feel at home and she was always checking with the diving shop and proposing activities so I won’t get bored. We spent an amazing time at New Year’s Eve. I wish I could go back again every month. Merci pour tout!

It was an outstanding experiment to live on the Katamaran. Freddies food is absolutely delicious and she brings all people from different countries together on her table. Her fresh baked bread was the best bread we had in this nearly 4 weeks in French Polynesia. Titus, the small dog is so beautiful and friendly. Freddie helped us very engaged with our problems, because our flight with AirTahiti was too late. We really recommend this place for a nice holiday in Fakarava North. Thanks so much for your hospitality and we wish you three all the best for your future. 🥰

Frédérique and jean-marie are exceptional hosts. the stay was a wonder, quiet, peaceful and so pleasant to sleep in the catamaran with the sounds of the lapping of the water. you will not regret your stay.

Very nice accommodation. The seawater pool is very pleasant after a day of activities. The place is very quiet because of its isolation, isolation relativized by the convenience store just opposite which is very well stocked, except for fruits and vegetables, and the fact that activity providers include drop-off and rests in their services.

Wonderful host. Good food, lovely cabin, knew everyone and connected me with local guides.

A warm welcome upon arrival at the airport, with lots of care (flower necklace, frozen coconut...). We arrived on a paradisiacal motu, in a beautiful and perfectly equipped fare (house). Frida and Jean are super caring and caring, which allowed us to live an unforgettable moment. A real immersion in the Tuamotu “lifestyle”.

Exceptional location, directly on the beach for beautiful sunsets, swimming and kayaking tours on the motus, breakfast with views of the lagoon... Great welcome from hosts, thank you!

We had a great time at Gisèle and Denis's place. The accommodation is very pretty, tastefully decorated by Gisèle. The area is calm. Bicycles are available to get around. Gisèle is a great cook. She was very welcoming, doing everything she could to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a great evening with them. I would recommend it without second thought for an authentic experience!

I had the best time in Healanis Bungalow. It’s the perfect spot to relax an do just nothing. The private beach and the surroundings are marvelous. Her parents were so nice, they took care of me and even brought me some snacks several times. The bungalow offers everything you need. There was even free coffee and tea. I highly recommend it. It was the best place during my whole stay in Polynesia.

A fabulous stay. Anna and her husband Armand treated us like kings! Excursions in beautiful places, by boat, and by car. Preparation every day of delicious food, and an excellent and exceptional barbecue for our last night: We tasted for the first time “varo” , between lobster and a huge shrimp! We also took advantage of their kayaks and bicycles to discover the unique Mataiva Atoll, and with very few tourists. Absolutely to be discovered! And friendly and wonderful hosts. THANK YOU! MARURU! I really enjoyed this place. Rangiroa is an excursion type of island. This place is on the ocean side, which you can't swim in. The beaches are pretty far away. When you find one though, the snorkeling is awesome. We did two excursions while we were there which were incredible! One was to the Blue Lagoon and the other was Reef Island, just book these. They'll pick you up and it's all day. The house was very comfortable and they had fresh water to drink which was very helpful. Definitely go to Chez Rua for Fish and Chips!

Christiane is a genuine and sweet person who we had the pleasure of meeting on our trip to Tahiti. She demonstrates perfect hospitality, respect for space and privacy, but eagerness to make friends, chat, and give tips about the island. Small details like towels, soap, eggs and bread, kayaks, etc provided made being on a remote island so comfortable. Being far from a city and shops can be daunting, but Christiane's place adds the comfort and ease you would usually sacrifice for the tradeoff of a secluded and remote island.
