Our home has its own fresh mountain spring water that is thirst quenching and refreshing and flows down from the springs all year round. Gleninagh Pier is across the road, a fabulous place for swimming and diving, when the tide is out a beautiful sandy area to enjoy. Our home is ideally situated for fishing, local walks and trails.

(Newly remodeled!) Located in the village of New Quay (half way between Kinvara and Ballyvaughan) on the famous Wild Atlantic Way scenic route, this luxurious en suite bedroom is tucked away on a very private and beautifully landscaped one acre lot. There are lovely views of Galway Bay from the windows. It’s a three minute walk down to the waterfront and a lovely hiking trail is just up the hill. (A car is necessary - we are in a very beautiful rural area with very limited public transport.)

Our house is on the edge of Ballyaughan village, a short( 9 min) walk to centre of village. This traditional styled 2 storey house was comprehensively refurbished in July 2018 with new kitchen and bedroom, with an open plan living space ideal for families and groups of adults The house has oil fired central heating and a solid fuel stove. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 are ensuite. The listed price is all inclusive, there are no extra charges. FTTH( Fiber to the home broadband) is now available.
