Amazing place for the area. It worked out perfectly for me and my family during our event in manhattan. Super clean and well kept. No issues at all. Check in and check out was great. Bed are comfy. Beverley’s Place, was an amazing stay. The home was clean, had all amenities, quiet area. Beverley was an amazing host. Me and my sister were in town for a funeral and this place felt like home to us both. She is very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely book again when I visit this summer!

Bertran was an amazing host and his cozy apartment is a great find. My husband and I were here on business (his wifi was amazing), but it would also be a great home-base for going into the city and exploring more of Brooklyn as a tourist. East Flatbush is a vibrant community, with the oldest house in NYC only a few blocks away. Grocery stores were just a 15 minute (leisurely) walk away and the apartment's kitchen is fully equipped for making your own meals. Parking was easy (even for two Floridians) and access to mass transit was within walking distance, if you don't have a car. Bertran let us know when we'd expect snow and threw down ice melt on the sidewalk leading up to our door-- that was a very thoughtful touch. Bertran's apartment was super clean, with fresh smelling linens throughout. We really felt like we were at home, safe and sound, and would definitely stay again and recommend his apartment to anyone thinking the same.
