Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Thuận An

First time in HCMC and this Airbnb was located slightly far away from the attractions however it is not an issue as I got to explore parts of HCMC that was unexpected and found many things to do within the neighbourhood itself! The place is clean and had a smart TV (Netflix and YouTube lol) which was needed for entertainment while resting AND nearby there was a sugarcane store which I absolutely adore 😍 Overall I would totally book this place again for my next stay since it is away from the bustling city noises and worth every penny! Although I do wish there was more socket but that’s fine!

Isn't this a real trip to rest in an old-fashioned house in Ho Chi Minh District 1? I had a really good rest.

Even better than expected, the house is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood right next to a coffee shop. Everything we needed or wanted was a quick walk or right in the neighborhood! Plenty of filtered water and nice and cool A/C :) Great instructions for check-in and quick communication!

Super spacious and very aesthetically curated space! Conveniently located above an equally aesthetic cafe where you get coupons for drinks too. The AC here is a lifesaver (and maybe it's something about the set up of the room but sometimes it can even get too cold! A great problem to have as this was the only place throughout Vietnam where we found ourselves turning up the temp instead of wishing it could go down more). Can get a little noisy during the day if the cafe is busy since the window faces the courtyard where there's outdoor seating, but that is to be expected. Also, be aware that the spiral staircase going up is as narrow as it looks in photos! A bit of a struggle bringing larger-sized suitcases up, but it can be done. Overall an amazing stay with responsive hosts.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had on Airbnb. The hosts are super responsive and helpful! The property was so nice & packed with resources, my family & I had the time of our lives!

I chose this place even if the location is a little far from Koreatown in Group 7 with good reviews. The host responded very quickly, and it was clean because the cleaner was almost there. The surrounding environment is also good. In particular, there is a small local market nearby and it is close to Lotte Mart. The house is a little old, but there weren't any bugs, so it was okay. For the price, I was more satisfied than the apartment for the whole family. I recommend it.

The apartment is convenient, spacious and very clean. We had a great time here . Happy host and enthusiastic guide. We will definitely be back on a near date.

We had 2 apartments booked and really liked the apartments and the location that it was situated in. The only thing I want to call out is that some elements of the apartment needed maintenance. Not anything major but just minor fixed. Also the master bedroom bathroom drainage is not great as there is a lot of water buildup when you shower. Need to find a solution for this. Other than this we loved the stay. Location is perfect. It's in District 3 and just the right distance away for the hustle and bustle of District 1.

Stayed for a week at this AirBNB. This is an incredible property. Thao Dien is a great walkable neighborhood, that compares well to my favorite lived-in urban communities in NYC and DC. Great restaurants. Great coffee nearby. A fantastic gourmet grocery store is STEPS from this rental. The traffic in the area is low to moderate. I felt safe running in the neighborhood. The unit's decor is updated some from the pictures. More plants. Nothing negative. It's very comfortable. The kitchenware is better than many vacation rentals. I liked the outdoor shower in the master bedroom. There are stairs to get into the building; but an elevator to get up to the unit. The street is quiet. Housekeeping came multiple times. Hosts were professional and responsive. We had two key cards provided right away. There is no dishwasher. There is a clothes washer in-unit; but no dryer. The basement garage has a dryer in it that we were invited to use. I would be happy with a long-term stay here.

I loved it so much the first time I came back. The apartment is clean, bright and airy. Feels like home and is a great location near the mall with a supermarket and lots of amenities. Cam was as responsive as the first time and even arranged for a cleaning in the middle of my stay. It’s about 40 minutes away from the city which allows for a nice long bike ride home to enjoy the surroundings and the lights. This truly is a wonderful apartment

We stayed a few nights here, it was lovely. The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, nice and quiet yet not far from the main attractions. Highly recommend

host is really nice and so is the staff. place looks just like pictures. host respond rather quickly.

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Nguyen place was exactly as described and he was great with his communication throughout our stay! He was also very accommodating as we arriving a little bit early for our check in

The host is very responsive and well-organized. The apartment is cozy, clean, and tidy, with a nice view of the inner garden pool. I felt very relaxed and comfortable staying in that area. It’s also conveniently located, with short walking distances to shopping malls, food outlets, a supermarket, a golf driving range, and amusement parks.

Great place to stay. Inside apartments everything you need: kitchen, washing machine. Access to swimming pool and good gym. Lotte mart is nearby.
