For those who have access to the village of Pipa without needing to use a car, all accessible by pe, excellent hotel structure, with very good breakfast, with a fair price even for those who are not using the hotel.

Rosy as a host is a 10! The place is very close to the beach, downtown... we did everything on foot... the pool area is beautiful, very modern, large, comfortable, we enjoyed it very much after the beach, the schedule is until 10 pm so we took advantage of it... the apartment with all the amenities, very clean, tidy... the kitchen is very complete, with all the utensils, the front that each apartment has, with chairs and a table, facing the pool, ideal! We would definitely come back...

I went with my husband and sister and we simply loved the stay. A clean and cozy environment, as well as showing the photos and description. The apartment has everything we need for a quick stay. The services of the hotel completed the quality of our trip, the staff always polite and requested. The accommodation is exactly in the center, close to the beach and to several restaurants and shops. I recommend the community and going to Pipa again for sure I would be staying in the same location.

The stay by the sea was simply perfect! The location was unbeatable, overlooking the beach and steps from the sand. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay by the sea. It's also the perfect place for families, couples or groups of friends. I'll be back for sure!

Great location, very quiet environment, quiet and beautiful environment Access to the beaches by car only, but very close (wood, timbal, kite). The internet was a bit intermittent but no big deal. Very good breakfast. Very attentive and super helpful employees. Highly recommend!!!!
